摘 要

改革开放 30多年，中国的经济发展取得了巨大成就，对外直接投资规模也逐步扩大，其中钢铁行业作为一个经济体的基础性行业占据了巨大比重。但与逐年日益强劲增长的中国钢铁企业对外直接投资额成鲜明对照的是不断下走的巨额净对外直接投资额，这也引来更多学者对此的关注。

近年来我国钢铁行业一直处于微利阶段，随着世界各国进入危机过后的经济复苏阶段，钢铁的需求量必然会大夫提升。对于中国这个钢铁大国来说，是一个扩大对外投资，发展自己的良好机会。首先本文对我国钢铁行业对外投资的现状进行了分析和阐述，接着简要分析了我国钢铁企业在后危机时代对外投资的存在的一些问题：企业对外投资收益低，风险大，亏损严重以及企业管理水平低。之后分析了其相关的原因，最后并提出了一些相关对策：企业对外投资要对东道国国情进行详细调查，选准定位，确定首次进入的区域与模式，选择合适的合作伙伴，应有风险防范意识。

Strategic choice of foreign investment in China"s iron and steel enterprises

Abstract

30 years of reform and opening up, China"s economic development has made great achievements, the scale of foreign direct investment has gradually expanded, including the steel industry as an economic base of the industry has accounted for a large proportion. However, with the growing strength of China"s steel enterprises in foreign direct investment into a sharp contrast to the huge net foreign direct investment, which has attracted more attention.

In recent years, China"s iron and steel industry has been in a low profit stage, with the world"s economic recovery stage after entering the crisis, the demand for iron and steel will inevitably increase the doctor. For China"s steel big country, is an expansion of foreign investment, the development of their own good opportunities. First in this paper, the present situation of foreign investment in China"s iron and steel industry were analyzed and expounded, followed by a brief analysis of China"s iron and steel enterprises in the post crisis era of foreign investment in the presence of some of the problems: enterprise foreign investment income is low, the risk is big, serious loss and enterprise management level is low. After the analysis of the causes, and finally puts forward some relevant countermeasures: foreign investment enterprises to the conditions of host country for detailed investigation, choose accurate positioning, determine first entered the region and mode, choose a suitable partner, there should be risk awareness.

1.1研究背景

现在我国对外投资增速很快，过去出口占据了主要位置，现在应该将国际化投资作为主要的经营方向从而实现企业的转型升级。

中国在钢铁行业的实力是居于世界前列的，我国对钢材的需求和消耗也十分多。我国的钢铁市场也十分的巨大，竞争也日趋激烈。钢铁行业中也存在着许多问题，这就要求钢铁企业加强企业结构的创新，产业的优化升级，以防止我国钢铁企业走向错误的发展道路。
