摘 要

近年来，全国的出口情况逐年优化，尤其是江苏省出口规模逐年扩大，在全国名列前茅。2014年江苏出口总额占全国第二，是拉动江苏国民经济发展的重要因素。江苏出口商品结构逐步优化，但也存在着发展不均衡、总体增长不稳定、产品内部结构存在单一化缺陷等问题。

文章根据当前的国内外贸易环境的变化，就江苏省出口商品结构的变化进行实证分析，劳动密集型出口商品仍占主导地位，资本密集型出口商品正逐步抢占市场，其出口波动程度较大，在出口结构变化中也较不稳定，是出口总额增长不稳定的主要因素。虽然高新技术产品出口具有较大的竞争优势，近年来发展也比较迅速，但其是其所占比重仍然偏小。要实现出口贸易结构优化，扭转高新技术产品所占比重是必不可少的环节。

本文以江苏省出口产品结构变化方式为研究对象，在构建理论框架的基础上，通过实证分析，对1998-2014年具体的江苏出口产品情况做出综合评价。本文以提高经济增长速度、增强国际实力、提升国际竞争力为目标。同时，本文还指出了江苏推进贸易大省建设过程中的长期和短期规划以及商品质量、数量指标等发展目标。结合现今的国际环境以及江苏省综合情况，本文提出了加大江苏省出口商品结构调整的刺激力度、合理布局、完善保障体系等对策。

Jiangsu Export Commodity Structure Change and The Countermeasure Analysis

Abstract

In recent years, the export situation optimization year by year, especially in Jiangsu province export scale expanded year by year, among the best in the country. Jiangsu in 2014 export volume accounts for the second, is an important factor stimulating the development of national economy in Jiangsu. Jiangsu export commodity structure optimization step by step, but there is uneven development, overall growth is not stable, defective products internal structure simplification.

Article based on the change of the current domestic and foreign trade environment, an empirical analysis on change of export commodity structure in Jiangsu province, found that labor-intensive products export strength still exists, capital and labor-intensive products export is gradually carding of comparative advantage, its export fluctuation is bigger, in the export structure changes and more unstable, is the main factor of total exports, growth is not stable. Although exports high-tech products more competitive advantage, development is rapid, but it is the proportion is still small. To achieve the export trade structure optimization, reverse high-tech products accounted for is an essential link.

Based on export product structure change in Jiangsu province as the research object, the build, on the basis of theoretical framework, through empirical analysis, specific export products in Jiangsu province from 1998 to 2014 is to make comprehensive evaluation. In this paper, in order to improve the speed of economic growth and strengthen the international, improve the international competitiveness as the goal. At the same time, this article also points out the forward trade in Jiangsu province construction in the process of long-term and short-term planning and commodity quality, quantitative index and other development goals. Combined with the current international environment and the integrated situation of Jiangsu province, this paper puts forward the increase of export commodity structure adjustment in Jiangsu province stimulus, reasonable layout, perfect the security system of countermeasures.
