摘 要

随着社会进步和经济发展水平的提高，我国居民的生活水平也有了很大程度的提高，随之而来的是不断扩大的收入差距。近年来，我国城镇居民和农村居民的收入差距呈现上下波动的情况，总体处于曲折上升趋势，而城乡居民收入差距受国家一系列惠农政策的影响自2008年起便开始有所改善，但受我国城乡二元结构本质的影响，我国城乡收入仍然存在很大差距。同时随着经济的发展，我国居民的消费支出逐年增加，但是消费水平却逐渐下降，本文采用社会最终消费率作为衡量消费需求的指标，分析发现我国居民的消费需求持续下降，近几年开始缓慢上升，但依然处于很低的水平。收入差距可以通过影响居民的边际消费倾向、平均消费倾向以及消费心理等多种因素来影响居民的消费需求，从而影响我国整体的消费水平。本文通过研究证实了收入差距对消费需求的负向作用，消费是拉动经济增长的重要因素，缩小收入差距、增加居民消费需求对于拉动内需和促进国民经济持续发展有重要的理论和现实意义。

Abstract

With the improvement of social progress and economic development, the living standards of our residents have been greatly improved.,and the widening income gap is following.In recent years,although the urban and rural residents’ income gap of our country presidents is up and down,but overall is still in the twists and turns upward trend,while the urban-rural residents income gap has been better since 2008 affected by a series of favorable policies,urban-rural income gap of our country is still in the high status influenced by the nature of the urban-rural dual structure.At the same time,with the develop of economy,due to a series of factors such as the widening income gap,although the residents’ consumer spending increased year by year,the level of the consumption is gradually decline.This paper uses the social final consumption rate as a measure, found the consumption demand of residents in our country continue to fall, although began to slowly rise in recent years, but still at a very low level.Income gap can affect residents' marginal propensity to consume, the average propensity to consume and consumption psychology to influence the residents' consumption demand, thus affecting the overall level of consumption of our country. This article also confirmed that the income gap has the negative effects to consumption demand,consumption is the key factor for stable and healthy development of national economy, narrow the income gap, increase consumer demand and boosting domestic demand, is the guarantee of sustainable development of our national economy,We must attach great importance to this problem.

1.1选题背景与研究意义

随着改革开放的不断深化，我国经济发展水平得以迅速提高，居民的整体收入不断提高，生活水平也水涨船高，随之而来的还有不断扩大的收入差距，两极分化情况严重。近年来我国政府已经高度重视这一问题并陆续出台了一系列政策措施且已初见成效，但由于我国城乡二元结构的本质未曾改变，收入差距依旧高居不下，形势严峻。而另一方面，20世纪90年代以来，我国居民的消费支出增长幅度也在持续下降，具体表现有消费率和消费倾向的降低、消费差距的扩大。近几年受一系列政策措施的影响我国居民消费需求逐渐开始增加，但总体而言增加速度缓慢，消费需求依旧严重不足。作为我国内需的重要组成部分，消费需求是支撑国民经济平稳运行、持续发展的关键，促进居民消费、拉动内需 ，是使我国经济保持健康发展的重要途径。

收入差距与消费需求二者之间的关系及影响备受国内外众多专家学者的关注和研讨，大多数专家学者都认为收入的两极分化确实会造成购买力的不同，并且认为造成消费不足的一个重要原因就是收入差距的存在。本文通过研究我国居民收入存在的差距和消费需求的现状如何；分析收入差距对消费需求所具有的影响；找出缩小收入差距并刺激消费、促进经济发展的路径。分析研究收入差距对消费需求的影响从而采取适当措施改善收入分配不均、促进消费具有重要的理论和现实意义。
