摘 要

作为我国经济体制改革重点的国企市场化改革一直是学者研究的热点。本文聚焦在化工行业这一具体的行业上，研究国企市场化改革对行业中企业绩效的影响。本文简述了我国国有企业市场化改革的历史进程以及我国化工行业的基本概况，搜集了2014-2016年我国化工行业上市公司的年报，根据年报中显示的公司控股股东情况将我国化工行业企业分为国有企业和非国有企业，利用年报提供的有关利润总额、税金总额、利息支出、平均资产总额、固定资产以及在职员工的数据，计算总资产贡献率比较了化工行业国企与非国企的盈利能力差异，基于柯布-道格拉斯生产函数估计和比较了化工行业国企与非国企的技术效率，并分析了相关差异产生的原因以及国企改革对企业绩效的影响。

Abstract

As the focus of China's economic system reform, the market-oriented reform of state-owned enterprises has always been a hot topic of scholars. This paper focuses on chemical industry which is a specific industry, and studies the impact of the reform of state-owned enterprises on the performance of enterprises in the industry. This paper briefly introduces the historical process of the market-oriented reform of China's state-owned enterprises and the basic situation of China's chemical industry, and collects the annual reports of the listed companies in China's chemical industry for 2014-2016 years. According to the situation of the controlling shareholders in the annual report, this paper divided the chemical industry into state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises. This paper used the data of total amount of profits, total tax, interest expenditure, average assets, fixed assets and employees' from the annual reports to calculate total assets contribution rate and compare the difference of profitability between state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises in chemical industry. Based on the Cobb Douglas production function, the technical efficiency of state-owned enterprises and non-state-owned enterprises in chemical industry is estimated and compared. It also analyzes the causes of the differences and the impact of SOE reform on enterprise performance.

第1章　绪论

1.1相关文献综述

新中国成立以来的“三大改造”、“国家工业化”等工作建立了中国的第一批国有企业，在国有企业建立初期特殊的历史条件下，国有企业对我国经济的发挥了做出了不容忽视的重要作用。然而，随着社会经济的发展，国有企业效率低下的弊端日益暴露。中国30多年的改革开放涉及中国社会政治、经济、文化生活的方方面面。在经济体制改革中，国有企业改革处于核心地位。随着改革进程的推进，国企改革的成效逐步显现，其中存在的问题也渐渐暴露，国企产权制度改革、减员增效措施的推进对整体宏观经济及包括企业和家庭在内的微观经济个体产生了一系列正面和负面的影响。2016年武钢宝钢的合并作为我国国企改革的推进步骤造成了很大的社会反响，同时近年许多学者来针对改革经验结合当前社会经济发展现状进行的研究不断深入，并取得了大量的研究成果。近年来相关针对国企改革的研究主要包括如图所示的几个方面：
