摘 要

随着经济全球化的不断推进，国际经济一体化已成为当代世界经济的重要特征。在国际经济一体化进程中，区域经济一体化的趋势日益加强。随着中国的对外开放的深入发展，中国已成为国际区域经济一体化的积极参与者和推动者。同时，为了加强国内经济的发展和平衡，中国还加强了对国内区域经济发展的研究。现代城市是区域经济的核心，又是国民经济和区域经济活动的空间支撑，是区域经济的节点和载体。因而，本文选择武汉城市圈这一新兴城市圈为研究对象，以武汉城市圈产业结构为研究目标，来进行相关分析。

本文第一部分主要介绍了近年来国内外学者对城市圈概念研究的发展过程，并说明研究的意义，一方面城市圈的发展顺应了时代的要求，是现代区域经济发展的高级形式，另一方面，也是我国经济发展和中部崛起的战略需要。接着概述了城市圈这一概念的涵义，并介绍了一下与城市圈相关的理论，主要有增长极理论、经济一体化理论、产业集聚和产业融合理论、产业梯度转移和产业优化理论。第二部分开始分析武汉城市圈产业结构现状，主要从产值、就业和对外依存度三个方面进行分析，得出武汉城市圈产业结构分为三个层次的结论，随后通过分析找出武汉城市圈发展的困境，并归纳出原因何在。第三部分则针对武汉城市圈发展的困境，对武汉城市圈发展的路径进行优化，提出自己的建议和意见，并在全文最后进行总结和展望。

Abstract

With the continuous advancement of economic globalization, international economic integration has become an important feature of the contemporary world economy. In the process of international economic integration, the trend of regional economic integration has been increasingly strengthened. With the in-depth development of China's opening up, China has become an active participant and promoter of international regional economic integration. At the same time, in order to strengthen the development and balance of the domestic economy, China has also strengthened its research on the regional economic development in China. Modern cities are the core of the regional economy, but also the spatial support of the national economy and regional economic activities. They are the nodes and carriers of the regional economy. Therefore, this paper selects Wuhan City Circle, a new urban circle as the research object, and takes the industrial structure of Wuhan City Circle as the research objective to carry out relevant analysis.

The first part of this paper mainly introduces the development process of concept research of urban circle in recent years by scholars at home and abroad, and explains the significance of research. On the one hand, the development of urban circle conforms to the requirements of the times and is a high-level form of modern regional economic development. On the other hand, It is also a strategic need for China’s economic development and the rise of Central China. Then it outlines the meaning of the concept of the city circle, and introduces the theory related to the city circle, mainly including the growth pole theory, economic integration theory, industrial agglomeration and industrial integration theory, industrial gradient transfer, and industrial optimization theory.

The second part begins to analyze the status quot of the industrial structure of Wuhan city circle. It mainly analyzes the three aspects of output value, employment and foreign dependence, and concludes that the industrial structure of Wuhan city circle is divided into three levels. Then the Wuhan city circle is identified through analysis. The dilemma of development, and summed up the reasons.

The third part is aimed at the dilemma of the development of Wuhan city circle, optimizes the development path of Wuhan city circle, puts forward its own suggestions and opinions, and concludes and forecasts the full text at the end.

1.1研究的意义

都市圈是现代经济中一个划时代的概念，是现代区域经济中一个极其重要的类型。所谓城市圈，是指在一定的地理范围内存在着许多不同性质、不同类型和不同等级的城市，它们通过特殊的自然禀赋、交通物流、信息网络和国家政策建立内部关系，围绕一个或两个特大都市圈，共同形成了经济、社会、生态等层面的聚合。一旦城市圈形成，整个地区经济将呈现强劲的增长势头。城市圈建设的实质是建立以城市为主体，以经济分工协作体系为支撑的区域经济组织模式，实现以城乡互动和区域一体化为特征的高层次演进模式。通过不同规模、类型、结构的城市之间的相互联系，不同层次、不同劳动分工、不同城市功能的互补，它最大限度地发挥了规模效应、聚集效应、辐射效应和联动效应。城市圈建设着重强调不同城市不同产业之间的相互联系，形成优势互补和上下游产业结合，从而对圈内经济增长形成扩散效应和回流效应，带动城市圈整体经济的发展，有利于提升区域竞争优势和区域经济的协调发展。

现如今城市发展的一个重要特点就是从各城市独自发展转向为多城市群体共同发展。发达国家在现代化过程中总结出的一个重要经验就是构建城市圈，通过加快城市圈的经济发展，来带动一个个区域的经济发展，进而提升国家整体的经济水平，这同样对一些发展中国家或地区具有重要的借鉴意义。不少专家预测，21世纪将迎来城市圈发展的高潮，经济发展的主要动力将越来越来自于城市圈尤其是特别的大城市圈。
