医患纠纷的经济学分析--以柳州市为例毕业论文

摘 要
本文采用文献研读法、案例分析法等研究方法,通过阅读相关书籍和文献,从经济学角度对医患纠纷进行分析,认为医疗服务与产品市场具有半公共物品的性质,并具有正外部性,使得医疗资源无法于市场经济条件下实现有效最优配置,因为医患双方在信息、地位等方面的不对称性,医患关系通过各自的经济行为经“正反馈”机制作用不断恶化,造成严重的社会问题。通过对柳州市医患纠纷的案例分析,针对医患纠纷发生以处理过程中凸显的具体问题,基于医疗服务与产品市场的经济学性质,结合我国国情和社会现状,提出对策及建议。

Abstract
This article takes the form of discussing specific problems as examples with the economic experiment.Through reading books and papers, from the perspective of economics to analyze doctor-patient dispute, the medical service and the product market is half the nature of public goods, and have positive externalities, prevented medical resources in a market economy under the conditions of effectively the optimal configuration, because both doctors in information,status of asymmetry, the doctor-patient relationship through their worsening economic behavior by the positive feedback mechanism, cause serious social problems. Through the analysis of Liuzhou doctor-patient dispute case, for medical disputes happened to highlight the specific problems in processing, based on the medical service and economic nature of the product market, combined with China’s national conditions and social status, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions.
