摘 要

在知识经济与国际经济一体化的背景下,创新增长极已逐渐成为区域经济发展的主要动力来源。我国创新增长极的培育问题逐渐在各界关注的焦点中初现端倪。与此同时,企业创新过程也渐渐成为了一种网络的过程。因此,本文在分析企业网络形成过程的基础上,对基于企业网络的区域创新增长极形成机理进行了初步研究。

论文主要由以下几个方面构成:首先,对企业网络的概念进行了界定,分析了企业网络中的主要关系链条;界定了创新增长极的内涵,并进一步分析了创新增长极的特征和功能。其次,从产业集群的视角研究了企业网络的形成过程,提出了"产业集聚——产业集群——企业网络孕育发展"的演化过程。再次,从企业网络的非正式链接机制、网络结构特征、知识溢出和技术扩散、网络创新循环累积增强效应这四个方面揭示了基于企业网络的区域创新增长极形成机理。最后,得出了促进区域创新增长极形成的相应对策措施。

Abstract

Under the background of knowledge economy and International economic integration, innovation growth pole has gradually become the main power source of regional economic development.. The cultivation of China's innovation growth pole has gradually been a focus of public attention. Meanwhile, The process of enterprise innovation has gradually become a kind of network process. Therefore, on the basis of analyzing the forming process of enterprise network, this paper makes a preliminary study on the formation mechanism of regional innovation growth pole based on enterprise network.

This paper mainly consists of the following parts: In the first place, the concept of the enterprise network is defined, and the main relation chain of the enterprise network is analyzed; the connotation of the innovation growth pole is defined, and the features, functions of the innovation growth pole is further analyzed. Secondly, the formation process of enterprise network is studied from the perspective of industrial cluster, and this paper comes up with the evolution process of "industrial agglomeration-industrial cluster-enterprise network development". Furthermore, from the aspects of informal link , network structure, knowledge spillover and technology diffusion, network-based innovation cyclic cumulative enhancement effect of enterprise network, this paper reveals the formation mechanism of regional innovation growth pole based on enterprise network. Finally, to promote the formation of regional innovation growth pole, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.

如今创新活动的区域化特征愈来愈明显,主要表现为:首先,创新活动并非均衡或随机地分布在全球各地,反而越是知识密集型的经济,越是呈现出创新集聚（极化）的趋势;其次,随着时间推移，这一地理集中化的趋势变得愈来愈明显。后福特时代区域集群和产业区的成功,使得全球性的企业更加重视寻求拥有竞争优势的区域产业群,区域创新能力越来越成为区域经济和国家经济在竞争中取得优势的决定因素。

与此同时，出现了越来越多的企业通过正式的契约关系或非正式的社会关系和其他企业、科研机构、高校、政府、中介机构和金融机构等形成协作组织，这其实就是企业网络。通过企业网络，企业能够获得更多的创新资源、缩短开发新技术的时间并在竞争中取得优势。企业创新的过程渐渐成为了一种网络的过程。

当前，资源环境存在约束，以创新和技术升级为主要特征的国际国内竞争逐渐激烈，创新增长极已经成为区域经济、社会发展的内在推动力和支柱性因素，培育和壮大创新增长极已经成为步入发达国家行列的重要举措。
