摘 要

在全球老龄化背景下，智慧养老作为世界各国都在重点开拓的新型产业，对解决各国不同程度的老龄化问题都具有重大意义，近年来面临巨大人口老龄化上行压力的我国也不例外。对于智慧养老产业，不论是老年人口的剧增或是相关信息技术的发展，都是绝佳的发展机遇，新的技术与新的社会环境带来了新的多元化需求，为智慧养老平台的搭建与运营预备了大面积的坚固地基，同时也对其提出了许多新的要求。因此，基于对老年人群生活需求的精准分析与整合，进行对智慧养老平台的功能设计，并结合前人总结的理论经验对平台解决方案机型全面评价并提出改善路径。想要完成社区型智慧养老平台的普适性功能架构搭建，第一出发点只能是老年人群的各类现实需求，并需要包括政府与社区方等的社会各界共同支持。

Abstract

Under the background of global aging, intelligent old-age care, as a new type of industry that all countries in the world are focusing on, is of great significance to solve the problem of aging in different degrees, and china, which is facing the upward pressure of the aging of the population in recent years, is no exception. For the intelligent old-age industry, whether the rapid increase of the elderly population or the development of related information technology, is an excellent development opportunity, new technology and new social environment has brought new diversified demand, for the construction and operation of the smart old-age platform prepared a large area of solid foundation, but also put forward many new requirements for it. Therefore, based on the accurate analysis and integration of the living needs of the elderly population, the functional design of the intelligent old-age platform is carried out, and the platform solution model is evaluated comprehensively and proposed to improve the model, combined with the theoretical experience of the predecessors. In order to complete the universal functional structure of the community-based intelligent old-age platform, the first starting point can only be the various realistic needs of the elderly group, and need the support of all sectors of society, including the government and the community.

第1章 绪论

1.1 研究背景

人口老龄化已经成为世界性趋势，世界各国都面临着程度不同的人口老龄化难题。我国人口老龄化目前具有老龄人口绝对数量大且发展态势迅猛、高龄化趋势持续上升等特征，带来了许多附加性社会问题，如何应对这一严峻态势成为我国近年发展必须要面对的问题之一。

1.2研究目的和意义

本文将通过对当今时代背景下社区型互联网智能养老服务平台的搭建和运营从学术理论与现实条件等角度的考察与研究，来探究养老产业与互联网模式融合发展的市场需求与所需要的系统功能设计方案，总结出智慧养老平台的运营的可行性、必要性以及其基本服务类型与覆盖范围，以推动我国智慧养老产业的成熟化体系化发展，帮助改善与预防我国人口老龄化已经或将会带来的一系列社会问题。

1.3研究内容与方法

首先，通过深度挖掘目前我国社会老龄化以及老年人口总体生活现状，明确在我国推广发展社区型互联网智慧养老平台的必要性和紧迫性，并指出随着平台发展完善将会得到及时缓和的具体养老问题；其次，从被服务对象老人自身、政府、与老年服务企业三个角度出发，精准定位不同类型、受不同特有条件制约的养老需求，并进行进一步的分析整合，以得出搭建运营线上社区养老服务平台所需基本元素与服务方向，探究其系统功能设计提供研究对象；最后，以居家养老为主的我国养老大环境、平台搭建技术发展程度以及国家各项扶植政策三者共同佐证将互联网模式与养老产业融合发展的可行性，根据总结出一套具有普适性的智慧社区养老平台系统功能，以此对原有的项目解决方案进行分析与评价，以待进一步的完善。

根据业务划分，平台主要分为四大系统：生活服务系统、智能监测系统、健康管理系统与综合管理系统。

2.1.1生活服务系统

生活服务系统主要管理的是护工对老人的各项服务。下分子系统是服务订 单管理系统。系统功能如下：

2.1.1.1护工信息：护工信息即平台将所有护工人员的基本信息录入到系统中以对护工 进行统一的调度，派单，审核及结算工资。
