摘 要

本论文分为两部分，第一部分主要依托了我们小组在大三互联网跨境电商课程上做出的智慧养老服务平台项目中的市场分析部分，第二部分是我根据该智慧养老服务平台项目设计，在物联网以及区块链技术流行的时代背景下，参考现有研究成果的资料，对智慧养老服务平台项目所作的可行性分析和市场分析。本篇论文的第二部分较为详细地介绍了我国政府相关部门所提出的老龄产业发展政策，以及本项目如何利用政府的相关政策所进行的讨论。

论文主要通过市场需求分析以及项目SWTO分析两方面具体剖析了目前我国智慧养老服务平台的市场。首先，由于我国老龄化日益严重的社会状况条件下，目前我国的养老市场正处于供求失衡的状态，由此得出我们小组的创业项目在大方向上定在养老产业，进一步，我们发现随着近些年互联网、物联网以及大数据技术的高速发展下，各行各业开始呈现智慧化的发展，区块链技术也是如此。因此我们开始剖析智慧化产业在养老产业的可行性，进一步针对智慧化养老服务的发展剖析出了不同健康状况下老人的需求、老年人对养老服务的具体需求以及政府的政策导向；第二部分是运用了市场分析常用的SWTO分析通过优势分析、劣势分析、外部机会以及外部威胁四个方面对比分析了目前我国在智慧养老服务平台项目发展的可行性以及各方各面的优缺点分析。

研究结果表明：我国的国情以及政府对养老产业的支持政策给养老产业带来了巨大的发展前景，尤其是结合目前快速发展的互联网、物联网、区块链技术以及大数据分析技术、等的智慧养老产业。结合目前我国大环境发展下，我们小组所提出的智慧养老服务平台的可发展性很高，是一个可行性很高的项目。本篇论文第二部分的理论分析部分也很好地分析了近些年来我国政府对智慧养老产业发展的态度，希望这些理论分析的结论能够给智慧养老产业相关项目发展提供一定的参考价值。

Abstract

This paper is generally divided into two parts. The first part is to intercept the market analysis part of the smart pension service platform project made by our group at the third-year Internet cross-border e-commerce course.The second part is my feasibility analysis and market analysis of the intelligent pension service platform project based on the design of the intelligent pension service platform project, in the background of the popularity of Internet of Things and block chain technology, and referring to the existing research results.The second part of this paper introduces in more detail the development guidance of China's related aging industry put forward by the relevant government departments since 2011 in view of the increasingly serious aging situation in China. The results obtained have important guiding significance for us to carry out the implementation of our group's intelligent pension service platform project.

My thesis mainly analyzes the current market of China's intelligent pension service platform through market demand analysis and project SWTO analysis.First of all, due to the increasingly aging society in our country, we find that our country's pension market is currently in a state of imbalance between supply and demand, thus obtaining the feasibility of our group's general orientation in the pension industry. Further, we find that with the rapid development of the Internet, the Internet of Things and big data technology in recent years, all walks of life are beginning to show intelligent development, as is the block chain technology that started the fire several years ago. Therefore, we began to further analyze the feasibility of the intelligent industry in the old-age care industry, and further analyzed the different needs of the elderly under different health conditions, the specific needs of the elderly for the old-age care service and the needs of the government for the development of intelligent old-age care service.The second part is to use SWTO analysis, which is commonly used in market analysis, to analyze the feasibility of China's current smart pension service platform project development and the advantages and disadvantages of various aspects through the comparison of advantages, disadvantages, external opportunities and external threats.

The research results show that: according to the data our team has consulted, the Chinese government has given the pension industry not a small development prospect, especially the smart pension industry that combines the fast-growing internet, internet of things, block chain technology, big data analysis technology, and so on. In combination with the current development of China's general environment, the smart pension service platform proposed by our team is highly developable and feasible. The theoretical analysis part of the second part of this paper also analyzes our government's attitude towards the development of the smart pension industry in recent years, which is also a good reference for the development of related projects in the smart pension industry.
