摘 要

本文基于“区块链 著作权行业发展现状与生态系统优化路径”，从网络著作权版权乱象入手，指出了区块链技术应用于著作权保护的天然优势，以及区块链应用于著作权保护的必要性。对“区块链” “著作权”融合创新的理论基础、行业的生成背景及相关企业的现状进行探究，找出“区块链” “著作权”的融合创新遇到的技术性难题和现有市场、企业机制存在的问题，构建“区块链” “著作权”的融合创新新模式，探究区块链解决著作权领域痛点的更多可能。

论文主要研究了互联网背景下区块链技术应用于网络著作权保护的现实依据、存在问题和解决方案。

研究结果表明：现行“区块链” “著作权”的融合发展尚存较大改善空间，技术的缺陷、市场的混乱、政府立法上的缺失、企业机制的中心化及垄断可能都是制约“区块链” “著作权”行业健康发展的因素。政府、企业和个人的联动可帮助“区块链” “著作权”的融合创新削减行业壁垒，扩大经济效益。

本文的特色：选题领域较为新颖，区块链行业发展时间短，区块链应用于传统行业的研究较少。

Abstract

Based on "blockchain copyright industry development status and Ecosystem Optimization Path", starting from the chaos of network copyright, this paper points out the natural advantages of blockchain technology in copyright protection, and the necessity of blockchain application in copyright protection. This paper explores the theoretical basis, industry background and the current situation of relevant enterprises of "blockchain" "copyright" integration innovation, finds out the technical problems encountered in the integration innovation of "blockchain" "copyright" and the problems existing in the existing market and enterprise mechanism, constructs a new mode of integration innovation of "blockchain" "copyright", and explores the solution of blockchain to the field of copyright Pain points are more likely.

This paper mainly studies the practical basis, existing problems and solutions of blockchain technology applied in network copyright protection under the background of Internet.

The research results show that there is still much room for improvement in the integration and development of the current "blockchain" "copyright". 1.1研究背景、目的意义

近年来，随着互联网的发展，传统著作权向数字化模式转型，催生了网络著作权。网络著作权的出现使得作品的复制、传播方式都发生了变化，传统著作权的相关规则延伸到了网络环境上，权利人的权利得到了更大范围的保护。但新的问题随之而来，其中最核心的问题就是侵权事件迅速增长。网络著作权激发了著作权规则与技术传播效率的冲突与矛盾，使版权保护问题变得更加复杂[^[1]]，侵权问题直接影响到著作权持有者的权益及网络平台的直接利益，由此引发更深层次创作者激情丧失和著作权治安成本的上升，继而对国家创新动力和产业发展产生重大影响。
