摘 要

改革开放以来随着我国经济实力日益增强，综合国力不断提升人民币的作用也越来越大，国际地位开始稳步提升。首先币值开始稳步上升，其次在周边国家或贸易结算中作为计价货币的范围逐步扩大，甚至成为某些国家的自由兑换货币或储备货币。不过，人民币的作用却在一定的发展中遇到了天花板，无论是计价结算还是外汇储备都受到了国际货币体系严重的制约。人民币若想打破天花板，就必须实行国际化，与国际主流货币进行正面竞争。这样才能更好的促进我国的经济发展，避免“经济大国，货币小国”的问题。

中国在人民币国际化方面已经经营多年，无论民间还是官方都有意去推动人民币国际化的发展。所以我们有必要检验人民币国际化的现状，对已经取得的成果进行分析。其次，人民币国际化是一个漫长的过程，我们现在取得的成果离我们的期望还有很远的距离，所以有必要展望未来的人民币国际化的发展。因此我们对人民币的发展路径进行研究，在此基础上提出进一步的发展对策。

本文共分为两大章，各章的思路和主要内容如下：

第一章对人民币国际化的现状进行了考察。本文从本文从人民币跨境贸易结算规模、人民币直接投资、人民币证券投资、等层面多方面考察人民币国际化现状。最后对人民币国际化的现状做了梳理和总结。

第二章主要进行人民币路径设计和对策研究。首先比较美、日、德三个国家的货币国际化路径。然后针对中国的特点，提出有中国特色的人民币国际化路径设计。在路径设计的基础上，对人民币国际化的对策提出了几点建议.

Abstract

Since China's reform and opening up with China's growing economic strength, comprehensive national strength enhance the role of the RMB is becoming more and more big, international status began rising steadily. First currency began to rise steadily, the second in the neighboring countries or trade settlement as currency scope expanding gradually and even become freely convertible currency in some countries or reserve currency. However, the role of the RMB is encountered in the development of a certain ceiling, whether for pricing or account settlement or foreign exchange reserves are restricted by the international monetary system seriously. The RMB to break the ceiling, it is necessary to implement internationalization, with the international mainstream currency positive competition. So as to better promote the economic development of our country, to avoid the problem of "the country of strong economic and weak currency"

China has been operating for many years in the internationalization of the RMB, both private and official intentionally to promote the development of RMB internationalization. So it is necessary for us to check the current situation of RMB internationalization, analyzes has been achieved. Second, the internationalization of the RMB is a long process, we are now the results of the expectation is far from us, it is necessary to look to the future of the development of RMB internationalization. So we study of the RMB development path, on the basis of further development countermeasures are put forward.

This article is divided into two chapters, the securitization idea and main content is as follows:

The first chapter investigates the present conditions of RMB internationalization. This article from the article from cross-border RMB trade settlement, the direct investment scale, the RMB securities investment, multifaceted investigation status of RMB internationalization. Finally, we did review and summarize the status quo of the internationalization of the RMB.

The second chapter mainly to design the path and countermeasures. First compared the United States and Japan and Germany, three countries currency internationalization path. Based on the characteristic of China, puts forward the design of RMB internationalization path with Chinese characteristics. In the path design, on the basis of countermeasures put forward some Suggestions for the internationalization of the RMB.

1.1选题背景

1.1.1研究目的

2015年11月底，人民币被国际货币基金组织纳入特别提款权（SDR）的货币篮子，在此之前，SDR货币篮子只有四种货币被纳入，它们分别是美元、日元、英镑、欧元，国际社会对人民币地位是否比肩前者引发了广泛探讨。人民币国际化的概念也再次被人们密切关注。

研究人民币国际化的目的在于明确人民币国际化对于中国的战略意义。目前我国人民币国际化已经走上正轨，在国际上的接受度和使用度都取得了长足的进步。虽然发展现状良好，取得了一定的进步，但是我们也需要清晰的认识到当前人民币国际化的程度仍然处于起步阶段、与主要国际货币还有很大差距的现状。因此有必要分析人民币国际化现状存在的问题以及对人民币国际化的未来发展进行展望与研究。从而为人民币国际化更好地发展提出指导和建议。

1.1.2研究意义

以美元为主导的国际货币体系，近年来随着美国金融危机的爆发，引发了全球范围的经济衰退，这也暴露以单一国家的货币作为国际货币的缺陷所在，所以我们有必要推进人民币国际化，为目前国际货币体系注入新的力量。
