摘 要

互联网证券是证券业与互联网相结合的领域，是当代证券行业的重大发展方向，各证券公司正积极探索在该领域的发展，深化践行“互联网 ”战略，提速互联网金融布局。针对互联网证券这一新型证券商业模式，本文主要对基于互联网平台的证券行业进行研究，分析了国内外互联网证券的发展现状，并提出传统券商在进行互联网证券发展的过程中存在的问题，同时分析了互联网证券发展对证券行业带来的影响，从而促进我国证券业基于互联网的进一步发展与创新。 本文为整个证券行业进行商业模式互联网创新提供参考建议，有助于提高资源配置效率和降低成本，提高证券公司的竞争水平，促进整个证券行业的灵活、健康发展。因此，正确认识互联网证券的发展方式与方法，科学评估互联网证券发展的风险与机会，对于传统券商成功转型，极大地提高市场竞争力水平以及对促进证券行业在互联网金融领域的发展具有十分重要的现实意义。

Abstract

The Internet securities is the domain of the combination of the securities industry and Internet, which is the important development direction of contemporary securities industry. Securities companies are actively exploring in this field in order to develope the Internet securities and deep the practice of "Internet " strategy. According to the Internet financial layout, this paper analyzes the current development of the domestic and overseas Internet securities, based on the securities industry of the Internet platform. It also puts forward the existing problems of the traditional brokerage being in the process of Internet innovation and analyzes the effects to the securities industry, which will promote the further development and innovation of the securities industry based on the Internet in China. This paper provides a reference of business model innovation Suggestions for the whole securities industry, making it possible in improving the efficiency of the allocation of resources, reducing the cost and improving the level of competition of the securities firms. It will also promote flexible and health development of the securities industry. Therefore, there is an important practical significance of this article to help successful transition for the traditional brokerages, greatly improve the level of market competitiveness and promote the development of the securities industry in the field of Internet financial while it is correctly understood of the way of the development of the Internet securities’ scientific assessment in the development of the Internet securities risk and opportunity.

1.1选题背景及研究意义

如今互联网金融正处于蓬勃发展阶段,互联网金融创新推动了各行业的变革,而证券行业作为我国经济发展的重要支柱,也正面临与互联网相结合进行互联网证券发展的风险与机会。通过利用互联网金融创新的低成本和渠道上风，提高证券行业价值实现水平,同时迫使传统证券公司改革。面对错综复杂的市场环境,我国的证券公司怎样提前抓住机遇、在激烈的市场竞争中力争上游呢?只有通过变革、转型与创新才有生存的希望,从而谋求更加稳定与长远的发展,这就要求结合我国互联网证券发展的现状,对比国外互联网证券发展概况,对传统券商在互联网证券发展过程中存在的问题以及互联网证券发展对证券行业带来的影响进行分析,进而促进我国证券业基于互联网的更深层次的发展与创新。

本人之所以选择互联网证券的发展研究作为选题，主要现实意义一是旨在引起社会公众和政府有关部门对互联网证券冲击下的传统券商转型的重要性认识；二是为证券公司研究和制定创新转型方案提供参考建议；三是从理论和实践两个方面提高本人的专业知识水平。最终为整个证券行业进行商业模式创新提供参考建议，有助于降低成本和提升资源配置效率，提高证券公司的竞争水平，促进整个证券行业的灵活、健康发展。因此，本文对促进证券业在互联网领域的发展具有重要现实意义。

如今各行业与互联网高速融合，证券行业也正处于与互联网融合的时机，面临着互联网证券发展的各种风险与机会，各个证券行业主体正积极通过互联网证券发展以寻求破局方案，如果传统券商不思变革将难以在激烈的市场竞争中存活。因此，正确认识互联网证券的发展方式，科学评估互联网证券创新的风险与机会，对于传统券商成功转型开展互联网证券业务，对于大幅提高证券公司的市场竞争力水平具有重要的现实意义。目前，各券商主体纷纷以各自的模式触网,其中存在着各种问题，还有互联网证券发展带来的风险和机会，但是相关研究却比较缺乏,为此，本文将对国外和国内的研究现状进行综述。

1.2.1国外文献综述

因为互联网证券的发展时间较短，国内外学者大致从1950年开始对此课题进行研究，至今发表了大量理论研究文献，对互联网证券的金融创新进行了详实的、多角度的理论研究。
