摘 要

本文主要研究了利用jsp和java web技术进行实际应用开发，从而解决问题，帮助实际需要。创建一个大学生的社团管理网站区别与传统的社团管理模式，将社团的管理和运营结合。传统社团管理存在社团成员统计，社团活动宣传困难，社团新闻发布程序复杂，需要借助学校媒体从而有了提交新闻材料，审核等等。创建一个社团管理网站，不仅可以完成对社团的管理，对每个社团的成员进行管理，并且可以对社团进行宣传，辅助完成社团活动，将社团与学生之间的关系拉近，社团通过学生留言充分与学生交流，从而了解学生对活动的评价和对自己社团的认识。论文主要研究了大学生社团网站的设计，以及JSP在网站开发中的实际应用。研究结果为设计并实现一个能完成各项功能需求，解决实际需要的大学生社团管理网站。

Abstract

This article mainly studied the use of jsp and java web technology for practical application development, so as to solve the problem, to help the actual needs. Create a college student community management site distinction with the traditional community management model, the association management and operation combined. Traditional community management there are community statistics, community activities propaganda difficulties, community news release process is complex, need to use the school media to have to submit news materials, audit and so on. Create a community management website, not only to complete the management of the community, members of each community to manage, and can organize the community to help complete the activities of the community, the relationship between the community and students closer, the community through the students message Fully communicate with students, so as to understand the students' evaluation of activities and understanding of their own community. The paper mainly studies the design of college student community website and the practical application of JSP in website development. 1 绪论

1.1 课题背景

大学生社团活动日益蓬勃，功能日渐彰显，已成为构建校园文化的主力和向导。社团能让同学间的沟通顺畅，感情加深，友谊更为纯化，让学生感受到大学生活的丰富多彩。它不仅是学校精神文明建设中校风、学风的良好表现形式，而且对于营造学校的文化氛围起着重要的作用。随着大学社团的发展与建设，新时期对社团有了新要求。二十一世纪是信息化社会，Internet时代，我们有了新的工作和生活方式，并且越来越人性化，便捷化，舒适化和智能化。互联网造就了我们新的工作和生活方式，在其信息开放和共享的模式下我们的生活和工作方式从传统信息传播方式的重重壁垒下解放出来，为我们学习生活带来巨大的便利性和帮助。所以学校的社团建设在新的时期需要新的工具和窗口，社团网站应运而生。

随着软件行业的发展，根据学生社团管理的需求来使用办公自动化来管理学生社团，开发一个管理系统来解决社团事务的繁琐性，提高办事效率，这样是十分有必要的。

1.2 当前研究现状

现如今，社团管理系统在大部分国内高校中并没有开展工作，至今基本停留在研究和书面层面。其原因我觉得在两个方面。其一，学生社团的松散性。大学生社团是学生自发组织，自创自办的以兴趣娱乐而聚集起来的一个个学生群体。学校虽然重视学生的课外娱乐和精神面貌建设，却不能当作一个严格的学校部门去管理。这样形成的学生自我约束和管理的情况使得推行一套管理系统有一定的难度。

其二，虽然说开发这样一套管理系统在技术上没有难度，但是在实施上面需要付出一定的人力和物力。做这方面研究的基本是本科生，而没有整体团队的本科生开发出来的系统在各方面不一定能达到社团的需求和应用的要求。这样使得学生社团管理系统在实际应用上的进展缓慢。
