摘 要

随着国家教育的深化改革，现在大学新生的招生越来越多。新生入学报到会经过一系列的程序，传统的方式复杂繁琐，会耗费大量的人力物力，而且手工的数据报表的滞后性太慢，效率不高，同时信息处理和管理压力大。因此，急需一个方便简单，可以节约成本的系统来解决新生报到的问题。这是现代信息技术发展的应用和实现。互联网思维在信息时代的体现。

本系统采用了web开发常用的B/S模式，主要使用了ASP.NET作为主要的开发技术，SQL Server作为存储数据的数据库。充分利用了MVC开发模式的思想，将界面层，逻辑层，数据连接分开，降低了耦合性，系统层次更加分明。主要完成了新生报到系统有关的以下功能：增加，删除和审核学生基本信息，添加学院，专业，班级信息，添加寝室，查询缴费等。论文的内容采用一个完整软件的开发流程，介绍了如何开发一个大学新生入学报到系统的过程，包括对项目背景意义，可行性分析，系统需求分析，系统总体设计，详细设计以及系统测试等。

With the deepening of national education reform, college freshmen are more and more. The new students will go through a series of procedures. The traditional way of complex and cumbersome, will consume a lot of manpower and resources, and manual data reporting lag is too slow, inefficient, while information processing and management pressure. Therefore, the need for a simpler.which Can save the cost of the system to solve the new report of the problem. This is the application and realization of modern information technology development. The system can reflect the use of Internet thinking in the information age .

The system uses a web development commonly used B / S mode, the main use of ASP.NET as the main development technology, SQL Server as a storage data database. Which makes full use of the idea of MVC development model, separates the interface layer, logical layer and data connection, reduces the coupling, and makes the system level more distinct.Mainly to complete the new report to the system related to the following functions: increase, delete and audit the basic information of students, add college, professional, class information, add bedroom, check payment and so on. The content of the paper adopts the development process of a complete software, and introduces the process of how to develop a college freshman into the system, including the project background, feasibility analysis, system requirements analysis, system overall design , detailed design and system test.

1 绪论

1.1 选题目的及意义

近些年，我国各大高校都将注意力集中到数字化校园的建设上来。由此可见，中国教育行业的信息化发展已经由传统的“硬件”模式逐步向先进的“软件 服务”模式过渡。目前我国数字化校园建设的主要工作正处在如何为广大师生及教学科研提供方便快捷的服务系统阶段。我国高等教育信息化过程已经取得了有目共睹的长足进步，如今网络的普及范围基本覆盖全国各大高校，信息化建设的大部分内容也更加的注重如何建设数字化校园。总的来说，数字化校园建设是一项伟大的工程，它以科学的方式影响着各大高校学习生活的诸多方面[^[1]]。

而且，这样的一个系统也的确有着它的现实意义。一方面，对于学校的管理更加方便，省去了大量人工迎新的麻烦，节省了人力，物力，时间和金钱，更方便各部门的协同运作，可以在新生入学这一特殊时期有效的管理。另一方面，对于学生来说，可以消除对学校的陌生感，尽早融入学校的氛围中，更方便的报到，而且可以给家长们一个好的印象。信息化的技术和管理手段展现出学校以人为本的办学理念。

1.2国内外研究现状

如今国外对新生入学报到的系统开发已经用于实际，长期的研究使得他们在技术上更加的成熟，在西方信息化发达的地方已经有技术先进而且简单易用的在学校系统中实用。此外，他们还不断使用新的技术改进，添加新的功能，扩展新的形式和内容，总体来说已经相当的成熟。
