摘 要

近年来，国家对高等教育越来越重视，高等教育得到长足发展。考试是教学过程中的重要环节，随着学校规模的扩大，考试班级和学生人数的日益增大，考试座位的安排凸显其复杂性，也逐渐显示传统的手工安排的缺陷。由于考试人数众多，考试座位的管理比较繁琐，并且出现了混乱的状况，传统的随机座号机制是考前人工排序或者随机抽取的方式完成的，这种方式耗时耗力，而且存在比较高的出现差错的概率，安排的不合理，也会影响到考试的公平公正。基于以上问题，设计了系统，该系统可以拼弃传统试题的手工整理的麻烦，而且可以减少出题的精力和时间。

本系统使用了JSP、WEB技术和功能强大的数据库开发工具MYSQL进行软件开发。目的是设计一个独立平台的座位管理系统，能够全方位的安排以及查看考试座位安排，并进行各种维护查询。为了保证系统的安全可靠，能够长期使用，系统分析中应该考虑以下的性能，系统处理的准确和及时，系统的易用和易维护，以及数据的共享与独立性。根据软件工程的原理，结合面向对象方法开发完成，服务端的运行环境平台采用了Eclipse Tomcat JSP MYSQL.

Abstract

With the rapid development of computer technology and higher education, all walks of life computer has spread, the traditional test method is also faced with change, all kinds of remote education based on Internet appear continuously, especially in schools, the relationship between test and students are very close, in the absence of computer systems, according to the test seat is a row a difficult problem, must spend a lot of time and energy, the administrator set large workload, high labor intensity, and the schedule is also relatively preserved account for the local, which based on the above considerations, in order to solve some problems of test of diversity, randomicity and surgery, administrators have a test seat management system it is necessary to. Based on the above problems, we design the examination of self-organizing system, the system can be discarded the traditional examination manual sorting of trouble, but also can reduce the test time and energy. This paper is based on the WEB principle and application of database entitled process management system design and implementation.

  The system uses the popular JSP, WEB technology and the powerful database development tools of MSSQL software development. In order to ensure the system can be long-term, safe, stable, reliable, efficient operation, considering the performance requirements of the following should be the system analysis, accuracy and timeliness of the system processing, scalability and openness of the system, the system easy to use and easy maintenance, the integrity and consistency of data entry and processing. And the data sharing and independence. According to the principle of software engineering, combined with the object-oriented method to complete development, platform running environment server using Eclise Tomcat JSP MSSQL

第1章 绪论

1.1计算机管理信息系统的发展情况

1958年美国首先提出了“管理信息系统”（即MIS：Management Information Systems），从而也引出了另外一个概念——“管理信息系统”。综合定义以及在实际中的应用，管理信息系统可以定义为是一个由人、计算机系统等组成的，能进行信息处理的人机系统，它反映企业的生产经营情况，利用过去、当前的数据预测未来，从企业全局出发辅助企业进行管理与决策。

1.2考试管理系统 的现状

近年来，国家对高等教育越来越重视，高等教育得到长足发展。随着国内高等教育信息化的推进，现代信息化技术正在被广泛运用，改变着高校学生的生活。针对多科目大规模考试的需求，我们国家已经有了比较成熟的考场座次安排系统，运用到高考、研究考试、公务员考试等各大考试。这些社会考试会放入到高校中进行，其中考试安排自然是一个重要的步骤。通过分析近年来考试安排的情况，我发现了多种考试座位生成的系统，比如基于Visual Basic下使用Gridprint控件来完成座位生成系统并且打印，也有基于C#的考场编排系统，其中运用三层系统结构，实现了从报名到考场安排各个环节的计算机网络化管理.运用Random伪随机数生成器实现了座位序号的随机排序,并且运用水晶报表生成了考试所需的各类报表 。考试安排的算法在我们国家得到了重视，并且对于这些算法的正确性和时间空间复杂度都有了很深入的研究，产生了基于不同编写方式的考场座次生成系统。

1.3考试座位管理系统 的优势

考试座位管理系统 的优势主要表现在三个方面：

1、考试座位管理系统维护管理环保又方便。传统的管理方式都是手工按排,这种传统的方式不但需要专门的人力，而且使用纸张打印等工具，也有一定的成本。全部用系统管理则可以大大的降低人为的操作频率。
