摘 要

伴随着我国校园文化的不断发展和完善，高校学生社团逐步成为每一所大学中必不可少的风景之一。学生社团是学生自发组织的，通过组织并参与一些积极向上的社团活动来实现个人价值的学生团体。学生社团对于当下大学生的生活具有特别的意义：大学生参与学生社团的相关工作和活动可以锻炼他们的个人能力，丰富的社团活动又充实了大学生们的课余生活；同时学生社团对浓厚校园文化氛围、促进学生发展也具有重要的意义。通过学生社团这一平台，高校学生可以结交更多具有相同兴趣爱好的伙伴，通过学生社团组织的相关活动大学生们可以和志同道合的伙伴们交流经验，分享自己的心得，从而扩展了当代大学生的内在修养和业余生活。

总的来说，学生社团对于当下大学生的生活带来许多便利，但是学生社团的管理却面临着许多棘手的问题，社员信息以及社团信息的维护都需要大量的人力物力，传统的管理模式已然不再适用于当下种类繁多的学生社团。我们需要以软件的形式来管理高校学生社团，用电脑取代人工的工作方式，从而提高高校社团的工作效率，减轻管理人员的工作压力。

本系统采用Java Web技术，经过之前的分析和设计结果，本系统在设计方面用了经典的B/S模式，同时使用JSP和一些前端技术进行基本页面的设计与功能实现，数据库我用了轻巧的MySQL数据库。

Abstract

With the continuous development of campus culture in our country, student association gradually become indispensable scenery in every university. University student association is an organization organized by students themselves, which will hold some positive activities to attract students to participate in. Student association has special meaning for the life of students. It will not only exercise personal capability of individual student by participating in relative work and activities, but also can enrich the students after school life ; meanwhile it can activate atmosphere of campus life, and has great significance for the development of students. Through this platform, the students can make more friends with same interests, and can communicate and share experiences with each other by participating in relative activities, so that to develop the cultural knowledge and after class life of students.

In general, student association brings many conveniences for the life of university students, but it is facing many difficult problems. With large amount of information related to members and organizations required to maintain, traditional management is nor suitable for managing various students organization. So we decided to use software to manage student organization of university by using computer instead of manpower, thus improving work efficiency of student organization and reducing work pressure of managing staffs.

The system adopts Java Web technology. After a previous analysis and design results, the system applies adopts classical B/S mode, at the same time, it uses JSP and some leading technology for basic page design and function realization, and i choose the light MySQL as database.

1.1课题研究背景

在这个日新月异，瞬息万变的年代，随着计算机技术的飞速发展和进步，人们的生活也一天一天在改变，计算机软件开始逐渐被应用在人们平常的社会生活中，人们的生活已然离不开各类应用软件。在教学领域中管理软件的应用也方便了人们的工作。高校教学体制也随着时代在不断地进行改革，高校建设也逐步趋于信息化。高校社团的工作中也有信息化的表现，这些表现也促进了高校社团管理的信息化。然而，我国大学建设的规模不断增大，学生数量的增多无形中加大了学生社团管理工作的难度。
