摘 要

互联网时代下，信息技术飞速发展，网络交流已成为人与人之间，人与社会之间一种不可或缺的重要交流方式。人类在信息资源获取的方式与途径的变革中，正不断地推进优化传统的信息和知识的传播形式和管理方式。于是，借助信息技术所建立的网络教学平台应运而生。

本课题所研究的系统选用B/S模型作为体系结构，它是一个在线网络教学平台。该系统采用ASP.NET技术开发，为学生学习，教师授课提供了更为便捷的辅助教学途径。学生可以通过本平台，在网上查看公告，下载课程资源，在线提问，提交课后作业，修改个人信息；教师能够通过本平台，在网络上发布通知和公告，上传教学资源，进行学生信息管理，课后作业管理，在线答疑。本网络教学平台系统具有方便使用，操作简单，界面整洁，代码简明，便于后期扩展开发的优点。具有强大的实用性，通用性和长远发展性。论文介绍了课题内容以及系统的开发过程，论述了需求分析和开发方案，阐述了开发所使用的具体后台数据库连接技术，角色权限是如何分配的，用到的主要控件及其重要的属性设置、约束取值范围的控件,用到的主要方法，类，函数及重要参数取值等等，涵盖了开发的全过程。[2]

Abstract

In the Internet age,with the rapid development of information technology ,the network communication has become an important exchange mode between people. Humans change the way information resources and ways to get in, is continuing to promote the optimization and management of traditional forms of dissemination of information and knowledge. Thus, the use of information technology established network teaching platform emerged.

This paper studied the system used B / S model as architecture, which is an online network teaching platform. The system which used ASP.NET technology is developmented for the students to learn, and for teachers to provide a more convenient way to assist teaching. Through this platform announcement, students can view the notices, download curriculum resources, ask questions on the Internet, submit homework, modify personal information; teachers can publish notices and announcements on the network, upload teaching resources,manage students’ information and homework, answer the questions on the Internet. The network teaching platform system is easy to use with a clean interface.Its code is simple, and it’s easy to extend the advantages of late development. It has strong practicality, versatility and long-term development. The paper describes the study of the subject and the development process of the system。It discusses the requirements analysis and development programs.It sets forth specific back-end database development used connection technology, how the permissions are assigned to roles, and the main control used important property is how to set in the range of controls constraints,the main method used, classes, functions and values ​​of important parameters, etc., covering the development of the whole process.

1.1.1选题背景

随着时代发展，近年来，信息技术发展迅速，促使社会进化为知识经济社会，进而网络教学平台应运而生，国内外许多高等院校甚至一些大型的信息技术类公司，都设计开发了网络教学平台来进行在线教学授课或公司人才培训。特别是对高等院校而言，人才培养的质量是每个高等院校的命脉，而高校课程的质量又是这命脉的核心环节。课程建设的水平是教学质量的重要衡量标志之一。随着中国加入世贸组织，中国经济和社会的发展，高等教育的普及和国际化的特点越来越明显，高校所面临的来自社会各方面的压力，使得高校加快了课程教学改革，教育部门根据高等教育发展的现状和需求，决定实施“质量工程”，而其中第一项内容就是高等学校课程的网络教学平台的建设。[3,5]

1.1.2选题的目的及意义

传统的课堂教学虽然带有强烈的感情色彩和逻辑力量，使得学生在老师生动形象的讲解中更容易接受知识，获得知识的精髓。但是传统教学也具有各种局限性何不足，局限性在于传统教学中知识的传递结构以“教师—学生”为主体而产生的限制。其本质是学生与教师之间的信息交流，这种交流需要通过媒体媒介进行传输，传统教学的缺陷主要表现在以下三个方面：

1)单位时间传播的信息量少，即信息的传播效率低下，但传统教学模式下又不可能将概效率大幅提高。
