摘 要

如今，我国高校高校信息化理念越来越普及，因此产生了诸多相关信息化管理平台，虽然目前各类平台多种多样，但是其目标却是相同的，也就是使得高校管理越来越智能化。 在2010年前后，我国从国外借鉴了将传统的信息化过程单独提取出来，改变原有的结构，更好的为学籍管理信息化发展提供借鉴。

在我国，开展软件信息化建设比较晚，因此相关经验也就比较少，有很多的机构目前都在研发、试验、改善，还未形成完善的信息化管理体系，绝大多数都是借鉴国外的经验。相比而言，国外高校管理信息化由于启动的时间比较早，因此有一套比较完善的体系。

全文旨在对学籍管理平台的开发设计找到一种可行的解决方案，基于当前国内外学籍管理平台的现状的研究阐述的基础上，在经历频繁的摸索学习和研究之后，利用JSP 及其Mysql 数据库实现学籍管理平台的开发，在经历各种测试后，完成了一个页面友好，操作便利清晰，模块完备的设计目标。

Abstract

Nowadays, the concept of university library information is more and more popular in our country, so there are many related information management platforms. Although there are many kinds of platforms at present, their goals are the same, that is to make the library management more and more intelligent. Before and after 2010, China drew lessons from foreign countries to extract the traditional information process separately, change the original structure, and better provide reference for the development of library management information.

In China, the construction of software informatization is relatively late, so the relevant experience is relatively small. Many institutions are currently in research and development, testing and improvement, and have not formed a perfect information management system, the vast majority of which are based on foreign experience. In contrast, foreign library management information system has a relatively complete system because of its early start-up time.

The purpose of this paper is to find a feasible solution for the development and design of the library management platform. Based on the current situation of the library management platform at home and abroad, JSP and MySQL are used after frequent exploration and study Database to achieve the development of the library management platform, after a variety of tests, completed a page friendly, easy to operate clear, module complete design goals.
