摘 要

随着燃气表用户的不断增多，燃气表运行的监管工作量也不断加大，工作复杂度不断增加，这时就需要一个运行监管系统来帮助燃气公司管理其用户所使用的燃气表，提高管理的效率和精确性。本系统实现了燃气表运行监管系统中的燃气用户报装管理部分，用户报装作为运行监管系统中最基础的功能，对于整个运行监管系统的正常运行的重要性不言而喻。用户报装管理系统主要提供客户管理、用户管理、账户管理、三户关系管理、地址管理、枚举管理等业务功能。系统实现为Web应用程序，包含前端和后端，前端主要使用Layui框架，后端使用Spring Boot框架，数据持久层采用Mybatis框架，前后端的数据交互采用JSON格式。系统的各个模块经过了相应的测试用例的测试，测试结果显示系统的功能齐全，工作情况良好。

Abstract

With the increasing number of gas meter users, the supervision workload of gas meter operation is increasing and the complexity of work is increasing. At this time, an operation supervision system is needed to help gas companies manage the gas meters used by their users, so as to improve the efficiency and accuracy of management. This system has implemented the gas meter user application for installation management in the gas meter operation supervision system. As the most basic function in the operation supervision system, the user application for installation is of great importance to the normal operation of the entire operation supervision system. User application management system mainly provides customer management, user management, account management, the three relations management, address management, enumeration management and other business functions. The system is implemented as a Web application, including the front end and the back end. The front end mainly uses Layui framework, the back end uses Spring Boot framework, the data persistence layer uses Mybatis framework, and the data interaction between the front and back ends uses JSON format. Each module of the system has been tested by corresponding test cases, and the test results show that the system has complete functions and works well.

第1章 绪论

1.1背景

在传统的燃气用户报装管理中，管理人员需要分配人员手动记录燃气公司、客户、用户、账户等相关信息，随着燃气用户的不断增加，管理人员的工作复杂度也大大提高，用户报装业务的执行效率不断降低。在数据记录方面，数据记录人员直接影响数据的正确性，对于未来可能存在的数据出错问题难以溯源，这可能导致燃气表运行中发生错误。在数据存储方面，通常采用纸质材料记录数据，数据易被破坏，数据的安全性无法得到保证。在数据查询统计方面，随着燃气表运行时间的增长，将会产生大量历史数据，当需要按照某种条件进行查询时，数据查询统计的效率和准确性无法得到保障。在数据导出方面，通常需要手动填写数据单和报表，存在正确的数据可能在导出过程中出错的问题，导致无法得到正确的结果。

1.2目的及意义

本系统考虑了传统燃气用户报装管理的已经存在的问题和未来可能出现的问题，寻找对应的解决方案，综合使用现有的技术来设计业务功能，改变传统的燃气用户报装管理的工作方式，改正传统方式中的缺点，提高管理人员的工作效率，提高数据传输和存储的安全性，提高管理系统运行的稳定性。
