摘 要

当今世界，科技发展迅速而快捷，各种技术层出不穷，而交通运输同样也是社会中目光所聚焦的地方，日益增长的运输需求正与运输资源发生冲突，人们正逐渐思考如何提升运输的效率与质量。海路运输作为最重要的运输途径之一，更是需要在面对新的挑战面前率先做出自己的表率作用。

港口运输，是海路运输中不可或缺的重要的一环，因此，优化港口运输，提升港口运输效率迫在眉睫，将港口单证进行网上办理正是一项可以大大提升各方面效率的关键途径。本课题着重研究的正是港口网上单证办理系统。

论文中详细探讨和研究了如何让港口用户更方便的办理货运单证，以便提升用户体验以及提升办单效率的方法。本网上办单系统的功能模块主要有两个，分别是用户网上办单模块和港口人员网上审核模块。用户网上办单模块的主要功能是提供给用户登记船舶以及提交装卸货，发货指令的功能。而港口人员网上审核模块主要用于审核用户所提交的船舶信息，装卸货信息以及发货指令。

本系统使用Idea 和Mysql作为开发工具，使用Java语言进行程序编写，使用sql语言进行数据库管理，通过将用户的操作返回后台，再由Java语言进行逻辑判断，最终将结果返回给用户。

本系统的完成，满足了港口用户对于更方便办理单证的需求，也满足了网上审核单证的需求，提高了办理单证期间各个单位的运行效率，同时也保证了港口系统可以正确便捷的开展运作。

Abstract

In today's world, science and technology are developing rapidly and rapidly, various technologies are emerging, and transportation is also the focus of society. The growing demand for transportation is in conflict with transportation resources. People are gradually thinking about how to improve the efficiency and quality of transportation. . As one of the most important transportation channels, sea transportation needs to take the lead in setting its own example before facing new challenges.

Port transportation is an indispensable and important part of maritime transportation. Therefore, optimizing port transportation and improving port transportation efficiency are imminent. Online port document processing is a key way to greatly improve the efficiency of all aspects. The focus of this topic is on the online document processing system of the port.

The paper discusses and studies in detail how to make port users more convenient to handle freight documents, in order to improve the user experience and improve the efficiency of order processing. There are two main functional modules of this online order processing system, which are the user online order processing module and the port personnel online review module. The main function of the user's online ordering module is to provide users with the functions of registering ships and submitting loading, unloading and shipping instructions. The port personnel online review module is mainly used to review ship information, loading and unloading information and shipping instructions submitted by users.

This system uses Idea and Mysql as development tools, uses Java language for programming, and uses sql language for database management. By returning the user's operation to the background, the logic judgment is performed by Java language, and the result is finally returned to the user.

The completion of this system not only meets the needs of port users for more convenient document processing, but also meets the needs of online document verification, which improves the operating efficiency of each unit during the document processing, and also ensures that the port system can be correctly and conveniently Start operation.

第1章 绪论

1.1 课题研究背景及意义

我国的经济建设及文化建设正在逐步提升人们的生活水平，而运输环节的质量提升同样可以提升人们的生活水平^[15]，港口运输作为最重要的运输方式之一，提升其运输效率正是符合我国经济建设需求的。研究发现，国内大部分的港口依旧在使用纸质单证，然而使用书面的单证不仅仅手续繁琐，填写复杂，而且存在不方便保存的情况，一张纸质单证是经不起风吹日晒，经不起时间的摧残的，但是纸质单证却需要在不利于它生存的环境下使用，而且纸质单证同样无法被长时间保存，因此每当需要用到多年前的单证作为参考时，往往会发现单证已经不具备使用价值了。此外，办理纸质单证同样有很多的问题，首先，用户无法随时随地填写录入船舶信息以及装卸货发货信息，同样，审核纸质单证也面临很多的问题，审核员需要拿到纸质单证才能开始审核，审核完成后，用户不能实时知晓审核是否完成，需要定期去港口查询，无形中浪费了大量的时间，一旦审核失败，相同的情况还要再一遍遍的发生，这样的资源浪费现象是我们不愿意看到的。

深入考究，出现这些现象的深层原因之一是纸质单证本身的大量缺陷导致的问题在影响着单证办理环节的用户以及审核人员，另外一个原因是，传统的办理单证方式不能进行实时交互，这导致了信息传递不能及时送达，浪费了大量的资源。
