摘 要
近些年来,随着国家改革开发的愈发深入,每个行业都迎来了发展的黄金期。整个社会的经济水平得到了提高,人们都有一定的经济实力,因而汽车成为人们首选的代步工具。汽车的日益普及,使得汽车的数量逐年递增。车牌识别系统成为人们管理车辆的重要一个环节。有效而准确的识车牌识别算法也因此显得尤为重要。
本课题校园车牌识别算法研究,是一项以计算机图像处理技术为基础,运用OpenCV图像处理技术来进行功能实现的算法研究。主要研究了车牌的定位和字符识别,以及车牌图片的相关处理算法,对其科学原理和实现方法进行了研究并尝试实现,而且选取其中一种来实现完成车牌的定位与识别,进行演示。本课题核心的模块主要包括三部分,第一部分是用于车牌位置定位的算法,第二部分是用于车牌字符分割的算法,第三部分是用于车牌字符识别的算法模块。
本课题首先对校园车辆停车管理现状进行了介绍分析,说明了校园车牌识别的必要性以及迫切性。然后参考了学校的实际情况,对车辆牌照的识别算法进行了研究实现,而且对核心的车牌位置定位算法和车牌字符的识别算法进行了介绍,研究以及实现改进。最后完成车牌识别系统进行案例演示。

Research On Campus License Plate Recognition Algorithm
Abstract
In recent years, with the national reform and development increasingly in-depth, all walks of life are developing at a high speed, the economic level of the whole society has been improved, people have certain economic strength, so automobile has become the preferred tool for people. With the increasing popularity of automobiles, the car has an increasing number of. An important link in people's management of vehicles is the use of license plate recognition (LPR) system. Therefore, effective and accurate license plate recognition algorithm is particularly important.
This research which named research on campus LPR algorithm is on account of computer image processing technology which uses OpenCV image processing technology to realize functions. This topic studies several common license plate location algorithms, some recognition algorithms of license plate characters, and the related processing algorithms of license plate images. The scientific principles and implementation methods are studied and attempted to achieve. And I will choose one of them to realizing the positioning and recognition of the license plate and demonstrating. The core module of this subject mainly includes three parts. The first part is used for license plate location positioning algorithm. The second part is used for license plate character segmentation algorithm, and the third part is the method module for plate character recognition.
This topic first introduced and analyzed the current situation of campus vehicle parking management, and explained the necessity, feasibility and practicability of campus license plate recognition. Then, according to the actual situation of our school, LPR is studied and realized. In addition, the paper introduces the core algorithm of license plate positioning and the recognition algorithm of license plate characters and researching it and improving it. Finally, the LPR system is completed for case demonstration.
