摘 要

计算机技术已经深入人们的生活，互联网加主题已融入生活，人们日常中已离不开网络。在学习与考核方面，传统考试机制展现出了一些较为明显的弊端，需耗费大量的人力和物力，基于互联网的考试系统的广泛应用趋势明显。论文分析了员工在线考试利于传统考试，分析了当前已应用的在线考试系统，网络考试平台的主要特点和功能，结合道路的管理，收费方式的管理，公司和道路使用者的需求和体验，构造一个以考核员工基础内容，使员工学习便捷的在线考试的平台。

本文以在线考试为平台，以考核基本功能为基础，分析员工的需求，确定了本系统分为三个主要的功能：管理员后台试题库的维护、管理员对员工的信息维护以及员工在线考试功能。论文在介绍了本课题相关技术支持，还详细进行了系统的分析，讲解了系统开发的过程，并且涉及了各个模块各个功能，描述具体的实现方法。除此以外，论文着重讨论了在系统开发过程中实现的一些关键技术，包括试卷评分、分页显示、批量导入exexl题库文件、Ajax实现连接接口与后台等等。

Standardized toll station management and assessment system - business training assessment

Abstract

Computer technology and network technology are more and more widely used in various aspects of life. The Internet and themes have become integrated into life. People can't live without the Internet in daily life. In terms of learning and assessment, the traditional examination mechanism shows some obvious disadvantages. It needs a lot of manpower and material resources, and the widespread application of the Internet-based examination system has a clear trend. The paper analyzes that the online examination of employees facilitates the traditional examination, analyzes the main features and functions of the online examination system and the online examination platform currently applied, and combines the management methods and requirements of highway toll stations. Construct a platform to examine the basic content of employees and make it easy for employees to learn online exams.

Based on the analysis of the basic requirements of employees' online examinations, the system is divided into three main functions: maintenance of the administrator background question database, information maintenance of the administrator and employee online examination functions. Based on the introduction of related technologies, the paper introduces the process of system analysis and system design in detail. It also analyzes each function in detail and describes the specific implementation method. In addition, the paper focuses on some of the key technologies implemented in the system development process, including paper scoring, paging display, batch import exexl question bank files, Ajax realtime countdown and data encryption technology.

如今已是信息科技时代，计算机技术发展正走着上坡路，适用范围扩大，使得互联网和生活紧密联系，人们的日常交流已经离不开网络，比如网络电话网络视频等。进行考试测评一直是员工考核工作中一个重要的环节，因为这能展示出员工的对工作内容的熟悉程度，以及工作相关领域的专业水平的掌握。目前大部分公司的员工测试主要还是传统模式，效率较低，并且考试的专业性和公平性都存在不同的差异。也有的公司的员工考试系统，功能方面存在较为明显的弊端，只能员工单一的考试后进行人工审核。这在人力资源运用方面达不到初衷的效果。在线考试平台广泛开发和使用，功能的完善也促进着信息科技的发展和生活的便捷。

在线考试系统可以实现方式更灵活，内容更全面的考试。可以为考试和学习提供方便快捷的服务，综合管理考试内容，灵活评估和分析考试结果。在功能上员工可以自主进行模拟测试，自主对比分析答案，起到一个方便学习的作用。在线考核系统可以在员工参与考试后立即生成分数，省去等待时间，提高了考试效率，同时也促进了考试公平性。
