摘 要

在公司和学校里，由于人们会有各种调查研究的需求，因此会人工制作相应的问卷，并四处发放问卷让用户填写。然而这产生的问题是浪费大量的时间、精力和金钱，却不能收集正确和有效的信息，这对调查研究是巨大的不利。为了解决这些人工调查问卷存在的弊端，我利用web技术设计了一个毕业生问卷调查综合评价系统，管理员可利用该系统可以在线制作问卷、上传问卷，用户可使用该系统填写问卷、提交问卷，十分有效方便。

本文系统地介绍了毕业生问卷调查评价系统的设计与开发过程，通过该系统管理员可以为各种用户提供所适合的问卷，而用户可以选择适合的问卷进行填写并将结果提交到数据库，从而管理员可以对数据库中收集到的问卷进行统计，得出想要的结论。

通过这样的一个问卷调查系统，用户可以很方便的填写问卷，而管理员可以

便捷地回收所有问卷，大大降低了问卷的浪费率;同时因为收集的问卷被储存在数据库中，也方便管理员统计，这就提升了数据统计的效率和质量。

ABSTRACT

In companies and schools,people will have various demands for research and investigation, so they will make corresponding questionnaires manually and issue questionnaires everywhere for users to fill in. However, the problem caused by this is that a lot of time, energy and money are wasted, but the correct and effective information cannot be collected, which is a great disadvantage to the investigation and research. In order to solve the insufficiency of these artificial questionnaire, I graduate using web technology to design a questionnaire comprehensive evaluation system, the administrator can use the system can make online questionnaire, upload, users can use the system to fill in the questionnaire and submit the questionnaire, is very effective and convenient.

This paper systematically introduces the graduates survey evaluation system design and development process, through the system, administrator can provide the suitable questionnaires for users, and the user can choose the suitable questionnaire to fill in and the results will be submitted to the database, so the administrator can statistic database from collected questionnaires and get conclusions.

Through such a questionnaire survey system, users can easily fill in the questionnaire, and administrators can collect all the questionnaires easily, which greatly reduces the waste rate of the questionnaires. At the same time, because the collected questionnaire is stored in the database, it is also convenient for the administrator to make statistics, which improves the efficiency and quality of data statistics.
