摘 要

科学技术日新月异的进步，人们的创造力不断突破，网络飞速发展，信息化时代已经来临。人们开始追求更先进的计算机技术，各行各业都希望在这次信息化变革中迸发出新的活力。信息化发展是当今世界的必然趋势，我们要充分发挥计算机行业的自身优势，成为这次浪潮的主导力量。本次设计和开发了医院预约挂号系统，改变医院挂号现有的手工或半手工的管理模式，实现了用户可以突破时间和空间的限制进行挂号预约的目标。

本系统采用了Browser/Server体系结构，Java编程语言，MyEclipse开发环境，MySQL数据库进行开发。系统分为管理员、医生和普通用户三层角色。在整个系统中，管理员具有最高权限，功能包括登录密码的修改、医生和用户的信息管理、科室的管理、医院的介绍管理，医生功能包括个人信息管理、预约就诊管理，普通用户功能包括浏览网站信息、在线注册与登录、在线预约、预约信息管理等，本医院预约挂号系统很大程度提高了医院挂号的效率，充分体现了信息时代的优越性。

Abstract

With the rapid progress of science and technology, people's creativity is constantly breaking through. The information age has made great changes in human life. With the rapid development of the Internet, the information age has arrived. People began to pursue more advanced computer technology, and all trades and professions hope to burst forth new vitality in this information reform. The development of information technology is an inevitable trend in today's world. We must give full play to the advantages of the computer industry and become the leading force in this wave. In order to solve the problem that the queuing time of hospital registration is long and inefficient, the hospital appointment registration system is designed and developed, which changes the existing manual or semi manual management mode of the hospital registration, and realizes the target that users can break through the time and space limit for registration reservation.

The system uses the Browser/Server architecture, Java as a programming language, Myeclipse as a development environment， MySQL as the backstage database development. In the whole system, the administrator has the highest authority. The function includes the revision of the login password, the information management of the doctor and the user, the management of the Department and the introduction and management of the hospital. The function of the doctor includes personal information management, and the management of appointment and consultation,expert part includes reservation information setting function, member information, including web sites online registration and login, online booking, reservation information management and system message function. The online registration production system design can greatly improve the efficiency of hospital registration, fully reflects the superiority of the information age.

网络的发展驱使着各行各业进行一场信息化的变革，这就需要计算机行业能够引领发展方向，提供软件硬件的支持，以此来保障其他行业进行信息管理、数据分析以及资源的有效利用。

计算机行业能够充分发挥行业优势，通过技术手段来提高软件产品的性能，保障开发出来的产品和生活工作密切相关的契合度。针对不同行业进行合理的植入软件产品，专项开发，从而打破传统，提高了工作效率。随着计算机技术的普及和完善，传统的手工管理模式必然被以计算机为物质基础的信息管理方法所取代。
