摘 要

在注重高效率办公的今天，企业办公系统受到很多人的欢迎。传统的企业办公不再满足当代的信息传递与处理需求，移动企业办公自动化系统成为新的潮流。一个企业的成功因素离不开高效率的办公，从而对办公系统有着高规格的要求，一个可以让员工在任何时间任何地点进行文件的传输等日常办公行为的系统成为新的需求。目前企业流行的是web端的办公系统，但在有些情况下比如出差、旅游等身旁，没有个人电脑和网络而急需办公，移动办公系统就显得尤为重要。随时随地进行文件处理等日常办公，从而提高办公的效率，减轻员工办公的压力，具有很高的实践价值。

本文首先对移动企业办公系统项目的背景和本课题研究的意义进行阐述。通过分析系统的开发技术、需求分析、数据库实现、功能需求等几个方面来介绍本系统。使用Eclipse、MySQL等开发工具，使用Html和Java语言进行开发设计。本系统包括签到、公文审批、员工管理、资料管理、日程管理，通知管理等主要功能模块，实现了移动办公的功能。

Design of Mobile Enterprise Office System Based on Android

ABSTRACT

In the focus on efficient office today, corporate office system by many people welcome. The traditional enterprise office no longer meet the needs of contemporary information transmission and processing, mobile enterprise office automation system has become a new trend. The success of a business is inseparable from the efficient office, so that the office system has a high standard requirements, a staff can at any time any place for file transfer and other daily office behavior system to become a new demand. At present the enterprise is the end of the web office system, but in some cases such as travel, travel, etc., there is no personal computer and network and much office, mobile office system is particularly important. Anytime, anywhere file processing and other daily office, so as to improve the efficiency of office, reduce the pressure on staff office, with high practical value.

This paper first elaborates the background of the mobile enterprise office system project and the significance of this research. Through the analysis of system development technology, needs analysis, database implementation, functional requirements and other aspects to introduce the system. Use Eclipse, MySQL and other development tools, the use of Html and Java language development and design. The system includes the main function modules such as check-in, document approval, staff management, data management, schedule management, notification management, etc., to realize the function of mobile office.

第一章 文献综述

1.1 课题背景

在科技发达的今天，无论是在我们的日常生活中，还是在工作种，都离不开电子信息产品，企业移动办公管理系统主要是针对企业移动办公的一系列相关工作的管理，本系统的建立使企业移动办公管理更加规范化、系统化，查询手段更加便捷化。同时，企业移动办公管理系统也是实现企业移动办公管理的必要信息产品。

近年来，随着企业办公数目的逐渐增加，目前企业移动办公的状况是仅靠手工操作，以现有的工作人员很难应付高峰时刻的大量数据处理问题。随着经济社会的进步与发展，现有的办公模式已不能完全满足人们的出行要求。为了更好的适应信息时代的高效性，一个利用计算机来实现企业移动办公管理工作的系统将必然诞生。基于这一点，设计了一个企业移动办公管理系统，用来就企业移动办公进行管理，以便在最短的时间内，高效准确的完成整个管理过程。在这个互联网高速发达的时代，移动办公的方式依然较为传统，除了电话办公，就是办公室办公。如果利用好互联网这个高效的资源系统，人们办公将更加高效和简洁。在另外一个方面，在移动办公过程省去更多的人力和物力，企业网上移动办公使工作人员移动办公更加便捷。我们要解决的是，如何开发设计出一个符合功能需求、操作简单便捷、使用方便、界面美观的移动办公系统。
