摘 要

随着当今社会信息的不断发展，管理系统应用在各个领域：医疗行业的挂号管理系统、教育行业的学生奥兰管理系统、餐饮行业的美团外卖、服务行业的如汽车美容管理软件。然而，对于我的学校南工大来说，它有两个主要的学生管理系统：奥兰系统和教务处系统。教务处，可想而知是对我们广大的学生自己的各种信息的管理。举例子说就是：主页栏上的课表查询自主学分、Moodle平台、毕业设计等等。

综上所述，一个联系教师与学校的纽带当前在我们学校还没有实现。论文将通过借鉴其他高校教代会提案管理系统的职能结构以及相关建设经验跟技术来完成本校教代会提案管理系统的初步的建设。基本实现在网络上在线填写提案、提交提案、附议提案甚至于对提案的办理网络化。其实这么做的好处是：让我们的在校教职工寻找到自己的存在感，感受到自己的利益被保障，自己在学校这个大家庭是重要的而不是可有可无。进而教职工会更加热情的去对待自己的工作，学校与学校人员的联系更加亲切。
经过一段时间的资料研究和认真思考，我把教代会提案当作这次毕业作品的主题，通过一个管理系统的形式来完成我的初步的教代会的提案的流程。具体问题具体分析，根据教代会提案管理系统这种对业务过程中各活动发生的先后顺序有着严格要求的重要特性，我们的教代会提案必须使用工作流的模式来对我们的提案的流程及内容形式等方方面面来进行管理和约束。
