摘 要

伴着信息全球化的迅猛发展，规模的高效化不断扩大，为了提高社联对社团的管理效率，现需要开发一个学生社团管理系统，并且学生社团管理系统将会逐步代替机械化的人工管理。该系统对社团的管理可以做到速度快效率高，在社团以及成员之间构建良好的交流的信息化的平台，通过该系统，成员可以展现自我风采，并且能及时了解各个社团之间的动态，搭建良好的生活学习氛围。从功能上来说，本系统设计比较完善，本系统主要包括管理员、社团管理方、学生方三个角色，不同的角色登录系统拥有不同的功能。管理员角色主要实现了站内新闻管理、在线互动管理、社团类型管理、社团管理、社长管理、联系我们管理、网站简介管理、修改密码等功能模块的管理。社团管理角色主要实现活动信息发布、社团信息编辑、申请审批、管理社团成员和修改密码等功能模块。学生角色主要实现了浏览网站（简介、站内新闻、社团、社团活动）、申请社团，在线互动和联系管理员等功能模块。

Student Association Management System

Abstract

With the rapid development of global information, and efficient growing scale, a sharp increase in the number of associations, student organizations need to develop a management system to improve the management of community associations linked to the efficiency of student organizations management system will gradually replace the traditional manual management mode. The system uses a three-tier structure, JSP technology to increase the advanced, scalable, and forward-looking system, making the system more stable. Develop a systematic way using a software component, so that the structure of the hierarchical system, in order to achieve the separation of business and implementation, logic and data; system uses open standards and a unified service interface as a core. The system can be fast and efficient management of community work, community members and between communities provide a good platform for the exchange of information, so that community members can show their own style, to keep abreast of new developments in society, to create a modern learning environment. Functionally, the system design is complete, the paper back to the system-related functions are introduced, the system includes administrators, community management side, the student is three roles, different roles login system to achieve different functions. Administrator role is mainly realized in the station news management, online interaction management, corporate type management, community management, managing director, Contact Management, Web Profile management, change management and other functional modules of code. Community management roles mainly realizes information activities, community information editing, approve of community members and change the password management and other functional modules. The main achievement of the student role browse website (Introduction, station news, community, community activities), the applicant associations, online interaction and contact the administrator and other functional modules.

第一章引言

1.1 选题背景

每个学生都有自己的兴趣爱好，丰富多彩，为了拓展学生的兴趣，学生社团是一个很好的组织，这是一个非盈利的组织。社团将具有共同爱好的学生组织在一起开展活动，正是这样的组织，学生的课余生活更加丰富。通过参加各种社团，学生的沟通组织能力得到了一定的提高，自我表现能力也很好的展现。在社团里，可以结交更多志同道合的朋友，通过各种活动锻炼了自己的能力，发挥出自己的特长。

如今各个高校都已经进行全面的扩招，大学生这样的群体也逐步扩大，社团组织的扩大也是必然的趋势，学生社团以前纸质办公已经赶不上现在快节奏的办公效率，所以为了加深做事情的效果，开发这样一个学生社团管理系统来管理整个社团的日常事务是非常必要的。
