摘 要

随着信息化时代的到来以及经济的迅速发展，很多公司的规模也在不断扩大，这让很多公司的管理人员很是头疼，这种时候，一个完善的管理设备对于企业的管理人员是很重要的，如何能让一个企业的员工与管理人员能够轻松简单的管理公司的若干事项，是一个很实际的问题。

现如今，各个领域都有自己的管理系统，所以，企业的管理系统也不例外。企业员工信息管理系统着眼于当下各个公司的现状，提供了一系列方便实用的功能，它能对每个员工的个人信息进行管理，也可以对公司的部门进行管理，还可以对公司的所设职位和每个员工的职位进行管理，另外，公司每个人的考勤情况都能看到。当然，考虑到每个领导最关心的问题，也是每个公司都很关心的问题——公司效益，也提供了直观的表格显示。

本系统充分利用了网络的信息交互和数据库的功能的强大，方便性得到了保证。

本系统的开发工具为 MyEclipse，使用 Oracle 数据库，采用基于 B/S 模式的 Java 多层应用程序架构开发实现，使用 SpringMVC 框架，作为 Spring 框架的扩展，功能十分强大。

These days, every area has its own management system, so the corporate governance system is no exception.Enterprise staff information management system focusing on the present situation of each company, provides a series of convenient and practical function, it can manage to each employee's personal information, also can undertake management department of the company, you can also set position to the company and the position of each employee management, in addition, the company can see everyone's attendance situation.Of course, given the concerns of every leader, it is also a matter of concern for every company -- the benefits of the company, as well .

This system makes full use of the network's information interaction and the power of the database, the convenience is guaranteed.

The development tool for this system is MyEclipse, using the Oracle database, using the Java multi-tier application architecture development implementation based on the B/S pattern.Using the SpringMVC framework,as an extension of the Spring framework,is very powerful.
