摘 要

近年来，随着公务机市场规模发展的不断扩大，公务机飞行的需求量急剧增加，有关公务机的各种信息也成倍增长。作为公务机的地面代理商，此系统可以更加方便快捷的了解到公务机的所有情况以便于更好的对乘坐公务机的客人进行服务。

为了实现上述功能，本文选用了Adobe Dreamweaver CS6作为开发工具，MySQL为数据库，前台使用HTML CSS展现，后台采用PHP语言实现。PHP与MYSQL 配合所搭建的良好的开发环境可以更为方便也更为适合的去开发类似的信息管理系统，HTML CSS的组合也使前台的界面更为友好简洁，方便编写修改以及测试。

本文的内容安排如下：第一章为绪论，课题背景及公务机管理系统的发展历史，第二章为开发工具和开发环境介绍，第三章为系统总体设计，第四章为数据库及流程设计，第五章为详细设计与系统实现，第六章为软件测试。

Design and implementation of business jets system

Abstract

In recent years, With the continuous expansion of the scale of the development of the official machine market, the demand for business jets flying sharp increase in the amount of information about the business jet is also growing exponentially. Airlines or ground service agents need to deal with a large number of business aircraft flight information, but also need to add a new flight plan information. In the face of different kinds of information, we need a reasonable database structure to support the implementation of various data operations. The whole world 3000 aircraft information management system currently only a mature Avinode implementation and provide access to paid. Its most important feature is that it can accurately understand the information of all business jets. As the official aircraft of the ground agents, this system can be more convenient and quick to learn all the situation of the official machine in order to better for the guests to take a public service.

In order to achieve the above functions, the paper chose Dreamweaver as a development tool, MySQL database, using HTML CSS to show the foreground, the background using the PHP language.

Content of the paper is organized as follows: The first chapter is the history of the introduction, project background and Bussiness jets system, the second chapter describes the development tools and development environment, the third chapter of the overall system design, the fourth chapter of the database and process design, The fifth chapter is the detailed design and system implementation, Chapter VI of software testing.

1.1 课题背景

随着公务机市场规模发展的不断扩大，公务机飞行的需求量量急剧增加，有关公务机的各种信息也成倍增长。航空公司或者地面服务代理商需要处理大量的公务机航班信息信息，还需要时刻增加新的航班计划信息。面对不同种类的信息，就需要合理的数据库结构支持各种数据操作的执行。全世界三千多架公务机信息，成熟的管理系统目前只有Avinode一家实现并有偿提供查阅。它最主要的特点是能准确的了解所有公务机的信息。 作为公务机的地面代理商，此系统可以更加方便快捷的了解到公务机的所有情况以便于更好的对乘坐公务机的客人进行服务。

1.2 公务机的发展历程

在一般人的概念中，公务机就是私人小飞机，但这样理解并不全面，在国外的确有许多私人拥有飞机，但那多是单引擎活塞式螺旋桨小飞机，并不属于公务机的范畴内。通常意义上公务机是指4座以上，采用喷气式或涡浆式为动力的飞机。

全世界1991年共有29280架公务机，此数字至2010年底，已上升至35000 。按营业额统计，世界上最大的10家公务机生产厂家中，美国4家，加拿大2家，法，英，以，意各1家。国际上公务机超过70%由航空公司或信托公司拥有，另有25%由跨国企业、仅不到5%的公务机登记在个人名下。公务机对于购买的企业和使用的客户而言，具有省时、高效、安全、隐私性强、彰显尊贵等优势；对航空公司来说，公务机市场前景广阔，值得介入。
