摘 要

随着计算机技术的发展，行业管理的信息化和自动化已经成了很多行业必然的发展方向，而关系民生的医疗行业也不例外。在所有医院里面，医疗就诊的第一个步骤就是挂号，再加上我国患者因为现在的医疗体制而产生的就诊观念僵化及国内分布不均的医疗资源的实际，挂号难已经成为了现实医疗行业内不得不面对的问题，因此本系统确定医院预约挂号为研究对象，来实现网上预约挂号功能模拟，期望可以缓解医院挂号带来的压力，医院工作效率大大提高，就诊时间大大缩短。

开始，文章介绍了信息化医疗的背景以及目前发展情况，并通过研究社区医院挂号的实际需求提出了构建基于JQuery_easyUi框架的社区医院远程模拟挂号系统的项目计划。

其次，对JaveEE有了一定的了解和研究。对所选框架分别进行分析和研究。Struts是一个经典的框架，它实现了MVC模式,spring有了很多轻量级的解决办法在企业应用方面，包括Ioc容器，AOP思想等，持久层框架和Web MVC框架在以他为核心的基础上进行了整合。从而构建了便于扩展、复用、移植以及维护的软件系统!

最后，在严格的规范和老师同学的指导下设计本挂号系统，对系统进行了较为详细的分析，也设计了该系统的体系架构、概要和详细的功能。最终完成了一个社区医院远程挂号系统，系统分为用户信息管理，挂号系统管理和挂号报表统计三个部分，模拟社区医院的网上远程挂号。通过这次的实践，我学会了较好的完成这三个框架的整合，并且在实际的项目中运用到所学的东西，来满足预期的效果期望，体现出了较高价值，包括研究价值以及应用价值。除此之外，该社区医院远程挂号模拟系统的成功的开发，不仅让小型医院挂号有了一个范例，而且也可以让其他的医疗相关单位关注并且借鉴。

Design and Implementation of Community Hospital Registration System

Abstract

With the development of Internet technology, information technology and automation industry management has become the inevitable development direction of many industries, and the relationship between the people's livelihood of the medical industry is no exception. In the hospital, registered as a first step in all medical, coupled with our current health care system brought about by the patient concept rigid and medical resources are not evenly distributed actual, registration problem has now become a reality within the medical profession has to face the problem, so the system determine hospital appointment as the research object, in order to achieve online registration function to achieve ease hospital register pressure, improve the work efficiency of the hospital, save the patient to see a doctor time as the goal.

First of all, this article briefly introduces the background and development of online registration, and according to the actual needs of a community hospital online registration proposed to build a community hospital based on the Struts framework of the project plan for remote registration system.

Secondly, the lightweight EE Java application architecture is deeply studied. Analysis and Research on the selected framework. Struts is a classic framework to achieve the MVC model, Spring provides a lightweight solution for enterprise applications: its Ioc containers. Through the integration of the two frameworks, we can build a software system which can be expanded, reusable, portable and maintained!

Finally, on this basis, in strict accordance with the software development specification design of the registration system, the system detailed requirements analysis, system architecture design, outline design and detailed design. Finally realized a community hospital remote registration system, the system is divided into three parts, the user information management, registration system management and

registration report statistics. Through the practice, it is very good integration of these three frameworks, the success of the community hospital remote registration system research and development, not only to provide a demonstration of the small hospital registration, but also worth more attention and reference medical related units.
