摘 要

依托互联网技术及运营理念，《农业供需发布平台的设计与实现》免费为种植户、农机手、农机局、合作社、农机户、农机生产厂家、农机经销商、农机维修点以及农业物资供销商提供电子政务和电子商务服务，实现“农田不荒废、农机不闲置、农民有活干”，改变“干半年、闲半年”的现状。

本论文就是进行农业供需发布平台的设计与实现，分析了其项目背景，服务对象，服务理念，服务内容及其开发意义。旨在加快全国农村供需市场体系转型升级，提供系统化的信息服务，创新农机手和农机设备跨区作业方式，发展农机作业供需和农产品在线交易，建立、健全农村市场供需信息化管理手段。通过分析，决定了要设计实现的功能模块。综合这些情况，提出了本文的主要工作、内容安排以及应该实现的基本程序功能。

农业供需发布平台主要分为PC后台端（管理端）和手机客户端。PC端主要三大要点：基础数据的增删改查，用户登录登出和功能权限。手机客户端主要有用户登录登出，api接口的调用，json数据的解析，和前端的设计和图片的上传。

Design and implementation of agricultural publishing platform

Abstract

Relying on Internet operation philosophy,《Design and implementation of agricultural supply and demand publishing platform》freely provides e-government affairs and electronic commerce service for farmer households、agricultural machinery driver、agricultural bureau、cooperation、agricultural skilled-worker、agricultural machinery manufacturer、agricultural machinery dealer、agricultural machinery maintenance station and agricultural materials suppliers, achieving a result of “No waste of farmland, agricultural machinery is not idle, farmers have work to do”, which will improve the phenomenon of “Half a year busy, half a year idle”.

According to the design and implementation of agricultural supply and demand publishing platform, this thesis analyzes the background of the project、service recipient、service concept、service content and the significance of exploration. It aims to accelerate the transformation and upgrade of the nationwide rural supply and demand market system, provide systematic information services, innovate the inter-district homework way of agricultural machinery driver and agricultural machinery, develop agricultural machinery work and online trading of agricultural products, establish and improve the rural market supply and demand information management. By comparative analysis, determining to design and implement the functional modules. Take all of these circumstances into consideration，the main work is presented, organized as well as the basic program functions should be implemented.

Agricultural supply and demand publishing platform is mainly divided into PC end (management side) and mobile clients. PC end has three main points: additions and deletions of underlying data、users login and logout function right. Mobile phone client users login and logout, innovation of api interface , analysis of json data, and uploading of front-end design and pictures.
