摘 要

在信息高度发展的今天，随着人们生活水平的不断提高，餐饮业的种类处于千变万化之中，餐饮行业消费持续增长，同行业之间的竞争越来越激烈。为了提高工作效率，这就需要引入准确，高效的信息化管理方式。

星巴克管理系统针对星巴克之类的咖啡厅的信息进行管理，目的在于取代人工管理，极大地降低了成本并提高运营管理的效率，进而提高了业务的竞争力。

本系统运行于windows系统上，用eclipse开发工具开发，开发语言选用的是Java，使用轻量级的MySql作为后台数据库。

该系统包含如下几个功能模块：点餐模块，商品信息管理模块，营业额查询模块，员工信息管理模块，会员信息管理模块。本文首先分析了项目的背景以及开发该系统的实际意义，然后仔细分析了星巴克管理系统的功能需求，给出了该系统的概要设计，数据库设计和详细设计，最后展示了每个功能模块的运行图片。

Abstract

With the continuous improvement of people's living standard，the types of restaurants in a kaleidoscope，the restaurant industry consumption continues to grow，the growing competition between in the same industry in today's highly developed information.In order to improve the work efficiency， it's temper need to introduce accurate， efficient mode of information management.

Starbucks management system to supervise and control the information such as starbucks coffee shop，its Purpose is to replace the artificial management.It greatly reduces the cost and improve the efficiency of operational management， and improve the competitiveness of the business.

This system uses windows as development environment ， with eclipse as a development platform， using Java language to develop， database uses lightweight MYSQL database.

The system mainly has the following several function modules: order， menu management， sales inquiries， staff management， member management.This article first analyzes the background and current situation of the development project and the purpose and practical significance to develop the system， then analyzes in detail the starbucks management system functional requirements， gives a summary of the system design， detailed design and database design.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 课题研究的背景

自从改革开放以来，中国的餐饮行业在经济的快速发展和社会的巨大进步下发生了具有跨越性，历史性的变化。我国的餐饮行业在经济贡献、服务水平、管理水平和行业领域等方面得到了巨大的提升。在这么多年发展过程中，餐饮行业作为传统服务性行业之一，始终有着旺盛的生命力并保持着快速的发展势头。根据行业协会的不完全统计，餐饮业的增长速率要比大多数其他行业高出十几个百分点。

对比起国外的餐饮行业，我国的餐饮行业存在很多不足和差距，主要体现在企业经营模式，企业发展方向等几个方面：

1. 近几年我国餐饮行业的消费市场发展稳定而又迅速餐，良好的平台使餐饮企业得到了巨大的发展空间。随着国民消费水平的提高，人们的消费理念也在慢慢的改变，人们对饮食的消费需求没奶奶都在增长，即便是在经济萧条的几年也没能影响人们对餐饮的消费。

2、餐饮行业的规模在不断扩大，同样的，餐饮企业的规模也在不断扩大，越来越多的餐饮企业呈现出多元化和集团化的格局。

3、餐饮企业之间的竞争非常激烈，一些没有特色或者不知名的企业时常亏本，而那些大公司却盈利越来越多，出现了两极分化。
