摘 要

目前，大型公众活动层出不穷。大型公众活动涉及社会生活的各个方面，有效地组织和管理变得越来越重要。面对庞大的信息，有必要开发大型公众活动管理系统来提高对活动管理的工作效率。通过这样的管理系统，负责人和活动参加者可以做到对信息的规范管理、科学统计和快速查询修改等，从而减少管理方面的工作量。丰富的界面设计更是能方便用户查阅信息,对于活动的完成率有很大的提高，并且可以节省人力、物力和财力，实现资源的最佳配置。特别是在今天数字管理盛行的时代，建立属于自己的实用性管理系统具有深远的意义。

本文首先介绍了大型公众活动管理系统课题开发的背景与意义，主要是从管理系统与Web系统的发展角度出发，其次着重阐述了课题研究的主要内容与主要结构，并对此次开发的工具平台做了详细的描述并指出了自己对此次管理系统开发所用技术的与众不同。然后从软件工程的角度对此次课题的研究进行需求分析，主要包括功能分析、数据分析与业务流的分析。其次，对软件设计的详细描述，包括体系结构设计、类与对象的设计和数据库设计。最后，展示软件运行结果，对课题所开发的大型公共活动管理系统进行简单总结，同时也提出了其日后进一步发展得展望。

本课题基于一种Web技术，采用Java语言开发，数据库采用MySQL,开发了一个简易的的大型公共活动管理系统。

The Management System of Large Public Events

Abstract

Currently, large-scale public events emerging. All aspects of large-scale public events related to social life, effective organization and management becomes increasingly important. Faced with huge information, it is necessary to develop large public events management system to improve the efficiency of the management of activities. Through this management system, managers and event participants can be done to standardize information management, science statistics and fast query modification, so as to reduce the workload management. Rich interface design is easy for users to access to information, for completion rate activities have greatly improved, and can save manpower, material and financial resources to achieve allocation of resources. Especially in today's digital management in its heyday, to establish their own usefulness management system with far-reaching significance.

This paper introduces the large public events management system development background and significance of topics, mainly from the perspective of the development of management systems and Web systems point of view, the second focuses on the main content and the main structure of the research, and the development tools platform a detailed description and pointed out their own unique management system for the development of the technology used. And from the perspective of software engineering research on this subject needs analysis, including functional analysis, data analysis and analysis of traffic flow. Next, a detailed description of the software design, including architectural design, class and object design and database design. Finally, the results show the software running on the issues developed large public events management system for a brief summary, but also made further developed in the future outlook.

This paper is based on a Web technology, using Java language development, database using MySQL, we developed a simple large public events management system.

第一章 绪 论

1.1 课题背景与意义

信息是知识经济时代到来的标志。计算机技术不断日益发展，基于B/S模式的应用程序在信息管理特别是在社会信息管理方面发挥的作用越来越明显。现代生活的模式与计算机越来越相关，社会公众活动的与计算机相关联也迫在眉睫。大型公共活动在社会中普遍存在，一次大型公共活动的开展设计到许多方面，在人员方面涉及到活动组织机构的负责人、具体活动负责人、活动管理人员、志愿者等。管理数据还涉及到活动组织机构、合作方、城市、多场地、参与对象、管理人员、议程、活动进程、活动状态、完成状况等信息。因此为了有效组织和管理大型公共活动，开发一个大型公共活动管理系统是非常有可行性的。

计算机信息技术的发展越来越迅速，现在大部分公众活动纳入到信息管理系统中。但是与国外信息技术起步早、起点高的特点相比，中国许多管理信息系统徒具其型，却管理混乱。因此，国内管理信息方面需要提高自身的软实力。近年来，信息技术不断突飞猛进，管理信息系统已经融入到社会的各个层次当中，极大地提高了工作效率。
