摘 要

随着社会进步，快节奏的生活使得人们没有多余的时间来排队挂上医院的专家号。为了更好地为有需要的病人及其家属服务，很多医院都已经开始建立网络预约挂号系统，使大家不出门也能挂上号，大大节约了时间。本文就介绍了这样一款支持用户网上挂号的基于web的专家预约挂号系统。患者在网上即可快速阅览科室和专家，从而选择自己需要的专家和合适的时间进行挂号预约和缴费。后台对挂号信息包括人数和费用的统计。

本系统开发使用了eclipse，基于B/S结构，采用ssh框架，数据库使用的是mysql。用户可以实现足不出户就能完成网上挂号预约，同时管理员可以通过后台对用户、医师及挂号数量进行管理和挂号信息的统计。系统还设置了公告区域和日历区域，装饰了首页，使页面更加友好。

The System of Making an Appointment with Specialist Based on Web

Abstract

With the development of social ,  the quick pace of life makes it unnecessary for people to queue up to make an appointment with doctors in the hospital. In order to do better for the patients and their families, many hospitals have begun to establish a website for people to make an appointment with doctors online, so that they need not go out and hang up the number, greatly saving time.This paper introduces such a support for users to register online web based doctor appointment registration . Patients can quickly find departments and doctors online, so as to choose their own needs of the doctors and the right time for registration and pay for it.The administrator makes a statistical analysis of the cost and numbers of the appointments.

This system is developed using eclipse, based on the B/S structure, with the SSH framework. database used mysql. The user can a complete the online registration booking at home, and administrator can manage the accounts of users and doctors, also he can control the numbers of appointments. There is a statistic about the cost and numbers of appointments in the background program.The system also sets up the area of announcement and calendar , decorating the homepage, lets the page to be more friendly.

绪论

开发背景

通常情况下，患者就诊都是在寻得空闲时间去医院挂号，挂完即诊。但是，这样也给很多的患者带来了不便。最突出的问题就是：挂号、候诊、缴费时都需要排长队，在医院的大部分时间都是耗在这些琐事中。而在挂专家号的患者身上，这些问题尤为突出，甚至还有患者请了假来到医院却发现今天没有想要的专家出诊或者是号已挂完。这对患者来说是时间、精力上的浪费。而对医院来说，大量的患者滞留在挂号大厅、候诊大厅，一方面对医院的秩序造成一定的影响，也容易造成患者与患者之间的交叉感染，不利于医院的日常管理。

这时，网络专家门诊预约挂号系统就显得尤为重要，它能使患者足不出户，在家就能调整好自己的时间、选择合适的专家挂号预约，加强了门诊预约的便捷性与高效性，既方便了患者，也解决了医院的拥堵问题。同时，在网上挂号的挂号信息会自动被统计，大大节约了医院的管理成本，提高了医院的整体运行效率。
