摘 要

伴随计算机网络技术的极速成长、计算机应用水平的发展与壮大，以往的房产销售管理系统在众多方面存在着大量的不足之处，主要体现在系统中数据的准确性、系统中操作的方便性等几个方面。为了更好的顺应时代的发展，我么需要运用最新的技术以及深刻的构思来重新对房产销售数据管理系统进行设计。使得系统能够在往后不断更新中还能有立足之地。

本文首先讲述了本系统的研究目的和意义以及相关的选题背景，并阐明了课题任务和研究方法以及本文的论文结构。然后叙述了系统的开发技术，包含了C#技术和ASP.NET技术，紧接着本文对系统的需求分析进行了详细的分析，随后，本文对系统进行了详细的分析，将各个功能模块一一叙述。最后，对系统进行了简单的测试，并对该房产销售数据管理系统提出了总结与展望。

本系统采用的是我们所熟知的C#语言开发，然后以SQLServer2005数据库作为后台数据库的使用支持，采用B/S的传统模式进行开发开发，管理人员只需要通过浏览器就可以进行数据等各方面的管理，此房地产中介软件系统的主要功能有以下几点：1、客户信息管理 2、 房源信息管理 3、购房信息管理 4、客户信息分类统计。

Abstract

With the development of computer network technology, the growth speed, the computer application level and growth, the former real estate sales management system in many aspects exist many deficiencies, mainly reflected in the accuracy of the data in the system, the system operation convenience and so on several aspects. In order to better adapt to the development of the times, we need to use the latest technology and a profound idea to re design of real estate sales data management system. The system can update in the future still has a place to live in.

This paper first describes the research purpose and significance of the system and related topics of the background, and clarify the task and research methods, as well as the structure of this paper. Then described the system development technology, including the C# technology and ASP. Net technology, followed in this paper, the demand analysis of system are analyzed in detail. Subsequently, this paper on the system were detailed analysis, the various functional modules described one by one. Finally, a simple test system is carried out, and the real estate sales data management system is summarized and prospects.

Using this system is known as C# language development and then to SQL Server 2005 database used as the background database support, adopts B / s of the traditional mode of development, management personnel need only through the browser can be carried out all aspects of data management, the main function of the real estate intermediary software system has the following several points: 1, customer information management 2, housing information management 3, purchase information management 4, customer information statistics.

伴随先进计算机网络技术的发展速度，大多数的人越来越注重自动化化办公了，各个公司之间的竞争也随之越来越复杂，正是基于这种对现代科技的需求，要想在这样一个优胜劣汰的环境中拥有一席之地，或者说可以让企业处于盈利的话，那么企业就必须在管理、服务等各个方面提高公司整体实力水平。那么各个企业就必须使用计算机进行辅助管理，以便及时准确得到公司内部的情况，同时还能够提高工作效率。
