摘 要

在当前信息化管理的趋势下，各个行业各个部门的工作都将于网络信息接轨，计算机将取代过去纯手工的工作模式。那么必然的，企业对员工的考勤的管理也将由计算机来管理，这样整个企业才会慢慢进入信息化的时代。

本论文就简单的介绍了一个人事考勤管理系统，系统内容包括了总共两大部分，第一部分为员工的考情，第二部分为管理员高层的后台查询。员工考勤部分会记录员工的上班下班时间并判断是否迟到早退；后台查询部分提供了所有员工的考勤记录，以及所有员工的基本信息；并且可以对公司人员的变动有一定的更改操作。

本系统为满足企业考勤的需求，集信息的增加，删除，修改，查询等各种处理为一体，方便了信息的维护，提高了企业考勤的效率，极大的减少了公司的人力和物力，可以为企业带来高效和便利。

本系统采用C#为开发语言，采用Microsoft Visual Studio为开发工具，各个页面均由winform窗体设计而成，窗体简单清晰。后台采用SQL Server2008 R2为数据库，完成对数据的各种增删改操作。

The personnel attendance management system

Abstract

In the current information management, under the trend of the work of various industries department will be in the network information, the computer will replace the pure manual work mode in the past. So inevitable, enterprise management of the employees' attendance will be managed by computer, so that the entire enterprise is gradually into the information age.

This paper simply introduces a personnel attendance management system, the system includes a total of two parts, the first part is the staff consider the situation the second part is the senior administrator background query. Employee attendance employee records of work time and determine whether tardiness; background query provides the attendance record of all employees, and all employees of the basic information; and changes in the personnel of the company have certain changes.

This system to meet the needs of enterprise attendance, the increase of the collection of information, delete, modify, query and other processing as a whole, convenient for the maintenance of information, improve the efficiency of the enterprise checkingattendance, greatly reduced the company's human and material resources, can bring high efficiency and convenient for the enterprise.

This system uses C# as the development language, using Microsoft Visual Studio as the development tool, each page by the WinForm form design, simple and clear form. Server2008 R2 as the background using SQL database, complete all kinds of data change operations to add or delete.
