摘 要

在当今社会，网络的应用越来越广泛与发达，它的便利惠及千千万万的普通民众，而医院作为一个关乎民生的工程，被政府所重视，被百姓所关注，更是

越来越贴近网络，贴近生活。

随着社会的进步，医疗这项福利变得更便捷和快速，如何在信息时代带给广大群众更方便的医疗服务，成为我们所关注的重点。当我们采用网络的架构，将医疗的挂号等服务放每个人的个人电脑里，将病历与个人信息传到网上，在由医生在合适时间预约，既节省了医患双方的时间，又避免了冗长的等待，所以搭建一个类似的平台是很有必要的。

这个门诊管理系统的主要模块包括：医院科室模块，医生信息模块，病历信息模块，病人信息模块，。实现的主要功能：科室信息管理，病历信息管理，医生信息管理，病人信息管理以及依据用户权限来设置菜单等。

本系统主要使用JAVA JSP作为开发语言，使用mysql作为数据库，利用sqlyog可视化工具，开发环境是Eclipse，服务器采用tomcat，开发出的一个基于B/S架构的医院门诊管理系统。

Abstract

In modern society, the network is used more and more widely and developed, it's convenient to benefit millions of ordinary people.In another side, the hospital which as the livelihood project draw attention of the government, to be of concern to the people, it becomes closer to the network, closer to life.

With the development of the society, the health care becomes more convenient and fast, and how to give people more convenient medical services in the information era, has became the focus of our attention. When we use the network architecture to provide medical service such as medical registration on everyone's personal computer, post medical records and personal information on the Internet.Then the doctor make

a appointment at a right time , Not only saving the time of both doctors and patients, but also avoid the long wait, so to build a similar platform is very necessary.

The main modules of the outpatient management system include: the hospital department module, the doctor information module, the medical record information module, the patient information module,. Realization of the main functions: Department of information management, medical records information management, medical information management, patient information management and based on user rights to set menu, etc..

The system is mainly used JSP Java as the development language, using MySQL as the database, using sqlyog visualization tools, development environment is eclipse, the server uses tomcat, developed a based on B / S structure of the hospital outpatient service management system
