摘 要

随着计算机的日益普及和网络技术的飞速发展，在全球范围内使用Internet应用的人群日益扩大，当今社会正高速向信息化社会迈进，信息普及的作用也越来越大。房地产的规模日益扩大，越来越多的人在关注这方面的信息，房产是指建筑在土地上的各种房屋，包括厂房、仓库、住宅和办公用房等。房地产在经济学上又被称之为不动产。随着个人财产所有权的出现，房地产以其不可替代的特点成为商业交易中的主要组成部分。

房地产的信息查询，就是将传统房地产查询业务由当面查询转变为由网上查询，即包含房地产信息查询中的买房、卖房、租房等工作。它是一个现代社会中不可或缺的部分,对于有购房需求的人十分方便，具有着手工管理查询所无法比拟的优点，让房地产信息更好地为有需求的人服务。所以，我的毕业设计课题就选择做房地产信息查询系统的开发，系统的基本功能包括：用户申请模块和用户操作模块以及管理员操作模块。用户申请模块包括用户申请、查看申请等功能；用户操作模块包括用户登录、查看档案信息、查看扫描件、查看共有人等功能；管理员操作模块主要对房地产的一些基础信息进行管理，包括登录、管理员信息管理、坐落信息管理、档案信息管理、审批信息管理、日志管理等功能。

本人的毕业设计课题是基于Web的房地产信息查询系统开发。本系统采用Windows 7操作系统平台，SQL Server 2012和MyEclipse 10的开发环境。

Real estate information query system based on Web development

Abstract

The popularization of computer and the rapid development of network technology, the use of the Internet on a global scale application of population expanding, in today's society is marching toward high-speed information society, information role is becoming more and more popular. Increasing the scale of real estate, more and more people are paying attention to this aspect of information, property refers to the various houses and buildings on the land including factories, warehouses, residential and office space. Real estate economics and is referred to as realty. With the emergence of private property ownership, real estate, with its irreplaceable characteristics become dominant elements in their business transactions.

Real estate information query, query is the traditional real estate business by face to face query shift the online query, which includes real estate information query in the buying, selling, renting, etc. It is an indispensable part of the modern society, for a person with a housing demand is very convenient, has the incomparable advantages of manual management query to better service for the demand of real estate information. So, my graduation design topic will choose to do the development of real estate information query system, the basic function of the system include: user application module and user module and administrator module operation. User application module includes user application, view the application, and other functions; User operation module includes user login, view the file information, view the scan, view the co-owners, etc; Administrator operation module mainly some basic information of real estate management, including login, the administrator of information management, located information management, file information management, information management, log management of examination and approval, etc.

My graduation design topic is the real estate information query system based on Web development. This system USES the Windows 7 operating system platform, SQL Server 2012 and MyEclipse development environment.

在当前经济飞速发展的时代，人才的地域流动也越来越频繁，不再受到距离的限制。当然人群的流动也面临许多难题，住房问题就是一个大难题。当前房地产市场不断发展，房产中介市场也在不断扩大，由于大部分人都没有闲暇时间和相关房地产方面的法律知识，房产中介在房产交易中的地位日益上升。人们通过房产中介咨询、购买、出售、租赁住房已经是很普遍的现象，中介机构沟通买卖双方起到了一个桥梁的重要作用。但是，各式各样的房产中介公司也让公众难以取舍，其中存在着很多的风险和陷阱。综上所述，为了使人们减少顾虑，建立一个值得大家信任、信息规范化管理的房产中介平台便成了当务之急。
