摘 要

随着信息化时代的到来，各项工作都越来越离不开信息技术，航空订票工作也是如此。利用现代信息技术进行机票预订，是提高企业对机票预订管理的重要手段。而如何运用信息技术提高机票预订的效率，也成为了企业必须着力解决的重要问题。

网上航空机票预订系统的出现正好能满足企业的需求。

整个系统由客户端和后台两大模块组成，每个大模块又由多个小功能模块组成。客户端模块包括：1.用作新用户账号申请注册的模块；2.用作用户查询服务的模块；3.用作用户机票预订的模块；4.用作用户机票退订的模块；后台模块包括：1.用作航空公司管理的模块；2.用作航班信息管理的模块；3.用作机票信息管理的模块；4.用作旅客信息管理的模块；5.用作退票信息管理的模块；6.用作航班人员管理的模块。

本系统开发采用目前比较流行的集成开发工具MyEclipse用于Java代码的编写与调试。本系统采用B/S架构，用户通过Web浏览器进行订票，退票，查询功能。另外，MySQL数据库为系统开发提供强大完善的数据库支持环境。

The design and implementation of an airline ticket reservation system

Abstract

With the coming of information age , each work is more and more inseparable from the information technology,airline reservation work is also such . The use of modern information technology for ticket booking is an important means for enterprise to improve the efficiency of the flight booking, also becomes the important issues for the enterprise to deal with.The emergence of the online air ticket booking system just can meet the requirements of enterprise.

The whole system consists of two modules, the client and the back end ,each module consists of multiple small function module. The client module includes: 1. a module for the users to sign up; 2. a module for the users to make a query; 3. a module for the flight booking; 4. a module for the users to refund the ticket; Back end module includes: 1. a module for airline management; 2. a module for flight information management; 3. a module for ticket information management; 4.a module for passenger information management; 5.a module for refund information management; 6. a module for personnel management.

The system uses the current relatively popular intergrated development tools MyEclipse for Java coding and debugging..This system adopts B/S architecture,.The users book tickets,refund tickets and make a query through a Web browser.In addition, the MySQL database provide a perfect environment for system developing.

在当今社会中，社会发展速度飞快，人们的生活节奏相比以前已经快了不少，人们的关注点已经渐渐落到提高自己的效率上来。二十一世纪是信息化和互联网的时代，我们的日常生活已经离不开信息和互联网。在当今社会，可以说谁在工作中更有效率，谁就掌握了主动权。而传统的人工售票方式已经远远落后于当今社会的发展需求，采用网上航空订票的方式已经成为提高企业效率的一项重要手段。
