摘 要
现在的金融业发展的很高速,相对的,那些金融场所的业务也越来越多,所以自助银行的需求也越来越大;随着信息化的不断蔓延,人们的用卡意识不断提高,这就为自助设备业务发展提供了更广阔的空间;为了减少银行排队量和提高银行的服务效率和服务水平,自助设备的服务和维护以及银行的运营效率显得越来越重要。
现在,国内外的各大金融机构都正在建立和完善自己的自助设备信息管理系统,本自助设备信息的管理系统是以MyEclipse为开发环境,以oracle和Tomcat分别为数据库和服务器构建的管理系统。
从提高自助设备管理的角度出发,对系统进行需求分析和设计,本系统分为机构管理、用户管理、维护公司及人员、设备管理等方面。分别对银行机构,管机员,维护公司,用户,维护员以及设备信息进行管理。为行方能更好更方便的管理自助设备信息提供了便利的平台。

ATM Development of self-service equipment management system
Abstract
Now the financial industry developing very fast,relatively,the business of those places change more and more, so the demand of self-service bank is also growing; With the continuous spread of information, people's awareness of using the card increasing, which provides a wider space for the development of self-service equipment business;In order to reduce the number of Bank Queuing and improve the bank's service efficiency and service level , service and maintenance of self-service equipment as well as banks operating efficiency appears more and more important;
Nowadays,major financial institutions are setting up and perfecting their own self-service equipment management system at home and abroad, the self-service equipment system is using MyEclipse as development environment,Oracle as database,Tomcat as the service.
From the perspective of improving the management of self-service equipment, the system needs analysis and design, and the system is divided into agency management,user management, maintenance company and personnel,equipment management.manage bank agency,tube crew,maintenance company,user,maintenance staff and equipment information.It can provide convenient platform for the management of the information of self-service equipment.
