摘 要

在国内经过改革开放，人们的生活水平得到提高，所以汽车的数量呈几何式增长，所以租车行业逐渐兴起，于此同时，我们可以发现：现有的租车网站过于复杂，信息量过大，造成租赁者浏览不便，由于大多数租车网站都是以营利为目的，所以有过多的广告充斥其中。无法给租赁者最直接、最清楚的直观体验。并且在租车查询中，查询结果和租赁者的要求经常出现偏差，这就造成了租赁者无法第一时间了解到自己所需要的信息。

所以，根据现有系统的不足，以及其所存在的问题，本系统秉承快捷、方便、高效的开发宗旨，通过第三方平台，以服务大众为目的，设计了汽车租赁系统。本系统基于第三方应用平台进行开发，使用SQL Server 2008为数据库。汽车租赁管理系统基于网站而开发，使租赁者、管理员、在线人员三方得到最直接的联系。这样就能够设计并实现出一个简洁的租车页面，能够一键查询车辆信息，以及在线人员的在线解答和多选项查询车辆信息。解决了网站页面过于臃肿，信息繁杂，车辆信息查询不匹配的问题。本系统秉承简洁大方的原则，剔除原来租车系统大量的广告，具有简洁、快捷等优势。

整体来说，该系统平台借助于网络，采用简洁的界面，简单的操作易于用户掌握，也有助于租赁活动记录手续的简化和租赁周转时间的提高。让租车的过程更加便捷。

The design and implementation of car rental assistant system

Abstract

Car rental is a new industry in recent years. In China, with the continuous improvement of traffic system, people with the needs of the increasing number of car rental, car rental industry is developing rapidly. For car rental company in terms of business volume growth brings a higher information processing requirements, traditionally dominated by artificial vehicle management duplication and more labor-intensive and error-prone, no longer suited to today's car rental business diverse needs, only to quickly and efficiently handle business information in order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. In order to standardize management, reduce operating costs, improve efficiency, car rental management system software development is necessary. In the car rental industry in an increasingly competitive today, leasing companies how to improve service quality, management capability has become increasingly important. Especially for a number of car rental sector management, project management fees, both need to do some reception work, also we need to complete the background of the management (planning, statistics, etc.), without a reliable management system alone manual operation, not only inefficient, but also greatly affect the quality of service enterprises. Therefore, according to the lack of existing systems and the problems it exists, the system adhering to the fast, convenient, and efficient development purposes, through a third party platform to serve the public for the purpose of designing the car rental system. Implementation of this JSP-based car rental management system is mainly used in the SQL Server 2008 database and the Java language. Design of car rental management system using three-tier architecture: presentation layer, business logic layer and control layer. Compact car page, a key vehicle information queries, and online officer online to answer and multiple-choice queries vehicle information.

Overall, the system platform by means of a network, using simple interface, simple operation easy for users to grasp, but also help to simplify and improve the turnaround time of the lease rental activity records procedures.

对本系统的开发背景与主要目的以及研究意义的介绍。

1.1 课题背景

当今社会汽车市场蓬勃发展，汽车数量呈几何式增长，伴随着计算机、互联网的普及，人们更加倾向于通过网络进行日常生活的相关咨寻。如何通过计算机以及网络为大家方便快捷的完成更多的事情，让出行旅游更加便捷，也就成了计算机行业的一个亟待解决的问题。而且计算机在现在人们的平时生活中的扮演了不可缺少的角色。因为它具有很多传统手工所不具备的优点，例如：搜索快速、数据量大、安全性高、成本较低、使用方便等。
