摘 要

随着时代的进步，科技的发展，更多的企业公司对员工的人事档案都采取了信息化管理，使用计算机来代替繁琐的人工纸质方式管理人事档案。在企业管理中引入人事档案管理系统，主要是借助网络技术，基于企业的工作流程，以档案的信息化管理为中心，同时配合以最新的办公设备，推进企业信息化管理的进程。人事档案管理系统能够高效地管理公司员工的人事档案及其考勤测评工资情况，可以更好地规范企业的人事管理，保障企业日常工作的有序进行，是企业人事管理的重要组成部分。

整个系统的开发包括建立并维护后台数据库以及开发前端应用程序两大方面。宏观上分为管理员功能区和员工信息查询区，系统管理员功能主要包括用户管理、人事管理、员工档案管理、测评管理、考勤管理以及员工工资管理六个模块；员工查询功能主要有：个人信息查询模块、考勤信息查询模块、测评信息查询模块、工资查询模块。

系统使用JAVA作为开发语言，使用的开发环境是MyEclipse Tomcat MySQL，采用B/S设计模式。所有Web页面设计主要采用了JSP与JavaBean等技术。

JAVA-based personnel records management system

Abstract

With the progress of the times, the development of technology, more enterprises to personnel files of employees have taken the information management, the use of computers to replace the tedious manual paper-based management of personnel files. The introduction of personnel records management system in business management, mainly through network technology, enterprise-based workflows to manage archives of information center, in conjunction with the latest office equipment, and promote the process of enterprise information management. Personnel records management system to efficiently manage personnel records and attendance Assessment wages of employees, can better regulate corporate personnel management, security and orderly conduct business daily work is an important part of corporate personnel management.

The development of the entire system, including the establishment and maintenance of background database as well as two aspects of the development of front-end applications. Macro divided administrator ribbon and employee information query area, the system administrator functions including user management, personnel management, employee records management, assessment management, attendance management and payroll management of six modules; the staff inquiry function are: personal information query module, attendance information query module, evaluation module information, wage query module.

The system uses JAVA as development language, using the development environment is MyEclipse Tomcat MySQL, using the B / S design mode. All Web page design mainly uses JSP and JavaBean technology.

1.1课题开发背景

不管是大型国企还是中小型的公司，都避免不了对内部员工庞大数量的档案及其大量的人事信息集中起来，统一管理。人事档案管理在公司的日常运作中至关重要，关乎公司的健康发展，其工作效率将直接对公司生产的效果产生重大深远的影响。随着科学技术逐渐地发展，越来越多的公司都对本单位的员工的人事档案实行了信息化的管理手段，用计算机系统来代替低效的手工方式管理人事档案事务。传统的手工管理方式准确率低，效率也十分低下，而采用计算机技术来进行人事档案管理可以克服手工方式管理的缺点，将人们从繁杂的劳动中解放。将先进的人事档案管理思想体现出商业价值就成了当下企业的共同目标。企业急需一套先进的人事档案管理系统作为提高公司工作效能及软实力的工具，而计算机技术就能很好地解决这一切的问题。使用计算机技术做出的人事档案管理系统是公司日常的重要部分，它能为公司的决策者提供重要帮助。基于这一现实，开发了一套人事档案管理系统，主要目的是管理人事档案，统计员工的迟到、早退、旷工、事病假、加班以及出差情况，这些重要数据将直接作为企业评价员工，提升、培训以及奖惩员工的依据。
