摘 要

在信息科技高度发达的今天，酒店行业的竞争越加激烈，酒店业务已经不再是传统的住宿业务模式，而是一个综合服务业。酒店宾馆作为一个服务性的产业，从客户预订房间开始，到达酒店进行登记直到客户退房结账离开，整个过程要体现出宾客就是上帝的原则，提供快捷方便的服务，给宾客一种比在家还舒服的享受。提高管理和服务水平，使原本的复杂操作简单化，在最短的时间内处理好酒店业务相关操作，只有这样宾客才会感到舒适难忘。所以，采用先进的管理系统代替传统的人工服务，将成为酒店行业提高服务质量、增加经济效益的重要手段之一。

本文简要说明了采用MySQL数据库系统和JSP程序语言的酒店管理系统的开发实现过程，从系统的需求分析、模块设计、数据设计、详细设计等各个环节都进行了比较详尽的分析和描述。系统的主要功能包括客户网上查询、预订客房，查看个人订单，退订订单等，酒店前台客户管理，客房管理，订单管理，营业查询等等。

使用该酒店管理系统，宾客入住酒店的时候方便快捷，酒店前台能够很方便的对宾客信息进行入住登记和对酒店房间信息进行管理，从而提高了酒店的管理效率和服务水平。

Abstract

Nowadays,when information technology is developing highly,the hotel industry is in the increasingly fierce competition,and no longer the traditional model of accommodation services,but rather an integrated services.Hotel as a service industry,from the guest marketing the rooms reservation,checking-in,checking-out till the last leaving,it should make the guest feel that they are God at the whole process.The hotel should provide quick and convenient services and make the guests feel a kind of the enjoyment than in home.Improving the level of management and service, simplifying the complex operation,finishing the operation of hotel management in the shortest time,only this can the hotel make passengers comfortable.Therefore,the use of advanced management system to replace the traditional manual service,will be one of the important means to improve the quality of the hotel industry's service and increase economic efficiency.

This article briefly describes the developed and implemented process of the hotel management system based on MySQL and JSP,and carried out a more detailed analysis and description of the system from requirements analysis, module design,data design,detailed design.The main functions of the system including customer online booking rooms,check the individual order, cancel the order and so on,the hotel front desk customer management, guest room management,order management,business inquiries, and so on.

Use the hotel management system,guest will check in the hotel conveniently,and the operator can easily to check the registration of user information and room information management,then it improve the management efficiency and service level of the hotel.

1.1选题的目的和意义

随着社会的进步，计算机科学技术也越来越成熟,人们几乎已经离不开计算机了,它占据了人类生活中必不可少的地位。它已经遍及到我们正常生活和工作中的每个角落，比如文字处理、图像处理、学习工具以及游戏娱乐等。不管哪个行业，做什么工作，人们只要稍微了解下就能够轻松随意的使用电脑完成许多原本看似很复杂的工作。然而，虽然现在IT界的精英们开发出了无数的软件，但这些软件还是满足不了各种各样的人的特殊需要，人们不得不花费资金找IT公司开发能满足自己需求的软件。

现如今，计算机已经在我们生活中占据了十分重要的位置,而且价格已经相当便宜，性能却有了很大的提升。人们之所以如此热衷的不断研发更强性能的计算机，主要有几个原因：第一，人们可以使用计算机完成许多原本很复杂的工作；第二，计算机在节约资源方面值得称赞；第三，人们使用计算机可以获得很高的工作效率；第四，计算机可以对敏感信息进行加密使之更加安全，等等。
