摘 要

在跨进了21世纪这个门槛后，网络更是以迅猛的速度发展，直到发展至今天，改变了各个机构、组织的管理模式，从二十世纪末起，我国的政府、企业和各单位就想要通过互联网系统对信息进行管理。在世界各国中，医院信息管理系统都是最重要的健康信息系统之一。而现在，数字化时代的笼罩下，人们对医院的依赖逐渐增强，需求越来越多，就会有越来越多的医疗信息需要快速处理。

本文对所要做的医院信息管理系统，通过阅读国内外的医院信息系统的系统发展情况和所需技术的文档，对目前的形式进行了分析，经过这些之后确定本系统的开发架构。然后对系统各环节进行详细叙述，包括系统理论、分析、设计和系统的界面介绍，为了确定系统能够正常运行不出现错误，对系统的各部分功能进行了测试。

本论文所做的系统设计采用B/S的结构，本系统采用java web JSP技术开发。同时使用java技术在动态页面上进行了设计，后台上采用SQL SERVER数据库，是一个相对完整的医院信息管理系统。

Abstract

After entering the threshold of the 21st century, the network has developed at a rapid pace. Until today, it has changed the management mode of various agencies and organizations. Since the end of the twentieth century, our governments, enterprises and units have Want to manage information through the Internet system. In all countries of the world, hospital information management system is one of the most important health information systems. Now, under the shadow of the digital era, people's reliance on hospitals is gradually increasing, and more and more needs, there will be more and more medical information that needs to be processed quickly.

This article analyzes the current form of the hospital information management system to be done by reading the system development and technical documents of the hospital information system at home and abroad, and then determines the development framework of the system after these. Then detailed description of each link of the system, including system theory, analysis, design and system interface introduction, in order to ensure that the system can run normally without errors, the function of each part of the system was tested.

The system design made in this paper adopts the structure of B/S, and uses java technology to design on the dynamic page. The SQL SERVER database is used in the background, which is a relatively complete hospital information management system.

课题的研究背景与意义

网络以惊人的速度变化着，一步一步发展到今天，改变了各个机构、组织的管理模式，从二十世纪末起，我国的政府、企业和各单位就想要通过互联网系统对信息进行管理。现如今，由于人们对医院的依赖逐渐增强，需求越来越多，就会有越来越多的医疗信息需要快速处理。

以往的医院信息管理，都是工作人员手工统计。这种方式不但时效性低，而且需要查找和变更的时候很不方便。有研究显示，医院工作人员将大部分时间用于交换信息和通知行政跟进工作，但只有42％的时间用于临床活动。而且医院信息管理系统会影响到所有医院科室，因此在全面规划和有效设计的情况下，实施医院信息管理系统会产生令人满意的结果。目前计算机信息化日新月异的发展，人们对计算机的功能，也有了更清晰深度的理解，当今社会不论哪个领域几乎都能见到计算机的身影，而且担当着举足轻重的位置。在工作效率上，能够得到更好地发挥，延伸至服务水平也会有好的收获，有了网络，医院信息系统的各方面的管理更加科学和系统，更加规范和简便。
