摘 要

本文档说明了一个B/S结构的房屋租赁管理系统实现的详细设计过程，它是一个基于JavaWeb的管理系统。开发此系统主要是为了社会的需求，因为现在越来越多的农村人大量的涌入城市，去寻找发展机会，大学生毕业后基本上都会留在城市去寻找就业创业的机会，他们到了一个新的地方必然会解决的首要问题就是自己的居住问题。中国人对于家的感情是埋在骨子里的，有了居住的房子就相当于有了家的温暖，因此这样一群人对能不能找到一个干净的，价格合适的，交通便利的房屋充满了渴望。他们都会去寻找中介公司的帮助，而中介公司就会将他们手中的房源信息展示在他们的房屋租赁网站上。本文就是针对这个问题所设计的一个基于JavaWeb的房屋租赁管理系统。本系统开发主要使用Eclipse完成。使用MySQL数据库。通过实现三大模块(1)系统的需求分析与设计；(2)数据库的设计与实现；(3)系统的详细设计。最后完成系统测试，描述测试的过程，提高严谨度。

如今信息化科技化的时代我们使用计算机对房屋租赁信息进行管理，具有传统手工解决所想象不到的便捷。例如:房源信息展示，查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。面对目前的实际状态，迫切需要开发一个简单快捷的系统来适应这些工作。而且界面简洁明了，很容易上手的操作适合各种人群使用，简单操作就大大减少了用户的时间和精力，有效地提高了用户体验，同时也降低了管理人员的工作量，提高了效率。

经过严格的测试，房屋租赁管理系统能够符合基本的用户需求，系统可用，但仍需要在系统的性能和开发更多的功能方面进一步改善和提高。

Abstract

This document describes the detailed design process of a B / S-based housing rental management system, which is a Java web-based management system. The development of this system is mainly for the needs of the society, because now more and more rural people are flooding into the city to find development opportunities. After graduation, college students will basically stay in the city to find employment and entrepreneurship opportunities. When they arrive at a new place, the first problem they will inevitably solve is their own living problems. Chinese people's feelings for home are buried in their bones. Having a house to live in is equivalent to having a warm home. Therefore, such a group of people are eager to find a clean, affordable and convenient house. All of them will look for the help of intermediary companies, which will display their house information on their rental websites. This paper is a house rental management system based on Java Web. This system is mainly developed by eclipse. Use MySQL database. Through the implementation of three modules (1) system requirements analysis and design; (2) database design and implementation; (3) detailed design of the system. Finally, complete the system test, describe the test process and improve the preciseness.

Nowadays, in the era of information technology, we use computers to manage the house rental information, which has the convenience that the traditional manual solution can not imagine. For example: house information display, easy to find, high reliability, large storage, good confidentiality, long life, low cost. Facing the current situation, it is urgent to develop a simple and fast system to adapt to these work. Moreover, the interface is simple and clear, and the easy operation is suitable for all kinds of people. Simple operation will greatly reduce the user's time and energy, effectively improve the user experience, reduce the workload of the management personnel, and improve the efficiency.

After strict testing, the housing rental management system can meet the basic user needs, the system is available, but it still needs to further improve and improve the performance of the system and develop more functions.

1.1选题意义和背景

改革开放以来经济的发展无疑是迅速的，城市的发展和建设更是突飞猛进，因此越来越多的人都涌入一线二线城市去寻找机会和挑战。经济的发展和城市的建设为大量的人群提供了就业的岗位。如此大规模的人群必然会也在一定基础上推动了城市的发展，比如为房屋出租的中介提供了很多的客户。这些人的出现，带动了房屋中介等公司的发展。如何能够利用先进的管理手段去管理这些人群对出租房的需求是，房屋出租公司所面临的一个挑战。面对信息化的今天，利用科技化的手段来提高对房屋租赁的管理无疑是一个明智的选择。使用科学化信息化的管理，才能体现出我们的生活已经进入了现代化的水平。
