摘 要

本课题的目的是开发出一个适用于企业及公司的员工考勤系统，通过对系统的开发不仅能够加深对于JAVA语言和数据库的应用与了解，也可以提高自身对于开发一个项目所要用到的开发工具、开发技术、需求分析、功能设计、系统调试和解决问题等方面的能力。伴随着科技水平与互联网的飞速发展，为了大大的节省公司的各方面成本以及员工的工作时间成本，制作一个便捷、简单、易操作的考勤系统，节省公司的人力资源成本，让考勤变得更加高效、真实、可靠，让用户有更加舒适的使用体验，就变得越来越重要了。

本文旨在针对企业为员工量身定制并精心设计和开发一个基于 java 的考勤信息查询管理系统，开发出一个界面简洁、操作简单的员工考勤系统。该考勤管理系统充分的体现了对企业员工的考勤功能以及管理员对于全部考勤信息的查询以及管理的功能。其由员工的个人考勤、资料修改、组织架构、考勤情况、权限管理等多个模块综合组成，具有速度快捷、网络简单、页面简洁、实用性强、真切程度高等优点。这次课程的设计是通过制作一款基于人脸识别的员工考勤系统来对相关数据进行了记录和统一化管理，把所有信息都整合到一起。把运用到各种模块中展示出来的数据进行分析。美观的界面，强大的考勤报表管理功能，避免了因人为因素造成的考勤报表真实性不强，减少了不必要的错误及纠纷，使考勤更加真实有效、方便快捷。

本此课程设计运用了Java语言、动态页面开发技术、B/S结构模式、开发框架技术、eclipse、MySQL数据库等工具及技术，人脸识别方面借助了虹软离线人脸识别SDK，工具和技术的运用较为妥当，是一款相对来说针对性较强的员工考勤系统。

Design and implementation of employee attendance system based on Java

Abstract

The purpose of this topic is to develop an employee attendance system suitable for enterprises and companies. Through the development of the system, we can not only deepen the application and understanding of Java language and database, but also improve our ability to develop the development tools, development technology, demand analysis, function design, system debugging and problem-solving used in a project. With the rapid development of science and technology and the Internet, in order to greatly save the cost of all aspects of the company and the cost of employees" working time, it becomes more and more important to make a convenient, simple and easy to operate attendance system to save the company"s human resource cost, make attendance more efficient, real and reliable, and make users have a more comfortable experience.

The purpose of this paper is to design and develop an attendance information query management system based on Java, which is customized for employees, and to develop an employee attendance system with simple interface and simple operation. The attendance management system fully reflects the attendance function of enterprise employees and the administrator"s query and management function for all attendance information. It is composed of many modules, such as personal attendance, data modification, organizational structure, attendance situation, authority management, etc. it has the advantages of fast speed, simple network, simple page, strong practicability and high degree of authenticity. The design of this course is to make an employee attendance system based on face recognition to record and unify the relevant data, and integrate all the information together. Analyze the data displayed in various modules. Beautiful interface, powerful attendance report management function, to avoid human factors caused by attendance report authenticity is not strong, reduce unnecessary errors and disputes, make attendance more real and effective, convenient and fast.

This course design uses Java language, dynamic page development technology, B / S structure mode, development framework technology, eclipse, MySQL database and other tools and technologies, face recognition with the help of hongruan offline face recognition SDK, the use of tools and technologies is more appropriate, is a relatively targeted employee attendance system.
