摘 要

近年来，电子与计算机工程学院教师科研项目建设取得显著成果，传统的手工统计汇总降低了学院科研信息管理的工作效率，因此电计工程学院科研管理系统具有非常大的开发空间和应用价值。本文对电计工程学院科研管理工作现状的业务流程进行熟悉与分析，并指出科研管理工作现有流程中需要解决的问题，得出了开发电计工程学院科研管理系统的必要性。

本文首先分析了电计工程学院科研管理系统的开发背景、意义、研究现状和需要解决的问题；然后描述系统的需要以及各角色的功能需求，完成了课题数据库的设计；接着进行课题的详细设计与实现，最后进行系统功能测试。

系统采用了Java web的技术进行开发，主要采用JSP、Servlet、EL/JSTL、C3P0、连接池等相关技术完成应用开发。并采用MyEclipse作为开发工具，同时应用了SQL Server数据库技术。为电计工程学院提供一套操作性强、规范的科研统计管理业务流程，既便捷又不受时间地域的限制，提高了电计工程学院工作效率。

ABSTRACT

In recent years, the faculty of electronic and computer engineering has made remarkable achievements in the construction of scientific research projects. The traditional manual statistical summary reduces the efficiency of the school"s scientific research information management, which makes the scientific research management system of the school of electrical and mechanical engineering have great development and application value.This paper briefly analyzes the current business process of scientific research management in the school of electrical engineering, points out the problems in the existing process of scientific research management in the school of electrical engineering, and summarizes the necessity of developing the scientific research management system in the school of electrical engineering.

This paper firstly analyzes the development background, significance, research status and research contents of the scientific research management system of the institute of electrical engineering.Then it describes the system needs and functional requirements of each role, completed the design of the subject database;Then it carries on the topic the detailed design and the realization, finally carries on the system function test.

The system is based on Java web development, using JSP, Servlet, EL/JSTL, C3P0, connection pool and other technologies to complete the application development.The system is based on SQL Server database.It provides a set of operable and standard scientific research statistics management business process for the school of electrical meter engineering, which is convenient and not limited by time and region, and improves the work efficiency of the school of electrical meter engineering.

第一章 绪论

1.1 课题背景及意义

科研数据统计汇总在电计工程学院科研管理工作充当着重要的作用。目前，电计工程学院科研数据信息的统计管理工作主要是采用纸质文件或电子文档的方式，科研数据信息的统计工作需要学院管理人员手工操作来进行，采用Excel、Word等办公类软件来汇总统计学院各位教师提交的科研数据信息，这种手工操作方式不方便让学院的领导及时准确地掌握学院各人员的最新科研数据情况并进行相关的决策。同时学院各部门科研人员以及教学秘书之间在学院统计科研数据信息的时候没有形成一种高效的方法；学院其他的科研教师也不方便了解同事们完成的科研数据信息。

通过分析设计开发电计工程学院教师科研信息化管理平台，可以使电计工程学院科研工作信息化管理，形成一个规模化的科研数据汇总方式，为学院领导和相关科研管理人员提供技术性的支持和极大的便利。

1.2 科研管理工作研究现状

目前电计工程学院科研数据信息汇总统计的管理工作，没有使用合理有效的措施来进行对各种科研业务进行分析处理，这样就让学院的科研数据信息化管理仍存在一些待解决的问题：
