摘 要

最近几年，购房在我国形成一股热潮。无论是一线城市还是二线城市乃至十八线外的小县城，购房都是人们热议的话题。虽然我国出台了一系列政策调控房价，但是房价还是居高不下。其中原因之一是各地的房屋出售信息没有得到及时的传播，卖方和买方信息的不对等导致房屋供不应求，整个房屋交易链条出现断裂情况，住房需求问题急需解决。

本系统此次使用了Eclipse开发工具及MySQL数据库等,设计并实现了一个基于Java Web 的房屋交易系统。让想要购买房屋的人可以通过上网在线查看所需房屋信息的各种广告，对自己满意的房屋进行预订并联系房屋中介；同时，房屋中介可以对各种将要出售的房屋信息进行添加、编辑、删除等操作，后台人员对房屋中介与购房者信息进行管理。本系统克服了房屋销售时间、空间上的障碍，更好的满足购房者的需求，十分具有现实意义。

Design and Implementation of House Transaction System Based on Java Web

Abstract

In recent years, buying houses has become a hot trend in our country. No matter it is first-tier city or second-tier city or even small counties outside the 18th line, house purchase is a hot topic. Although China has introduced a series of policies to control the housing price, the housing price is still high. One of the reasons is that the housing sale information in various places has not been spread in a timely manner, and the imbalance between the seller"s information and the buyer"s information leads to the shortage of housing, the whole housing transaction chain has broken, and the housing demand is in urgent need of solution.

This system use the Eclipse development tools and MySQL database, etc, was designed and implemented a housing transaction system based on Java Web. People who want to buy a house can check all kinds of advertisements of the required house information through the Internet, make a reservation for the house they are satisfied with and contact the housing agency; At the same time, housing agents can add, edit and delete all kinds of housing information to be sold, and background staff can manage the information of housing agents and buyers. This system overcomes the housing sales time, the spatial barrier, better satisfies the buyer"s demand, has the very big practical significance.
