基于J2EE-onlineLearning系统的设计与实现

摘要

随着我国经济的快速提高，企业间的竞争也越发激烈。一个企业想要在激烈的社会竞争中脱颖而出，就需要不断创新的思维、优秀的服务以及不断优化的业务流程；需要优秀的人力资源；需要让企业成为一个不断成长的学习团队。只有不断提高员工的综合素质和专业知识，才能让企业持续发展。企业的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。而提高员工素质的最有效途径就是实施培训战略。网上选课系统的开发，给企业带来了高效的管理机制，同时让员工可以在规定的时间内，任何时间任何地点在网上进行选课。

本系统主要以Java、jsp、servlet、mysql为制作工具，主要实现的功能有用户管理、学生选课、课程推荐、课程评论、内部资料图书馆、教师介绍及评论、查看教室信息，该平台基本满足了网上选课可能有的需求。

Based on the J2EE - onlineLearning System Design and Implementation

Abstract

With the rapid development of economy in our country, the competition between enterprises are increasingly fierce.A enterprise want to talent showing itself in the fierce social competition, requires constant innovation thinking, excellent service, and constantly optimize the business process,and good human resources ,and need to let the enterprise become a growing team of learning.Only to improve the staff"s comprehensive quality and professional knowledge, can let the enterprise sustainable development. Enterprise"s competition is talented person"s competition in the final analysis. While raising the quality of the staff is the most effective way to implement the strategy of training. The development of online course selection system, bring the efficient management mechanism, at the same time can let employees within the prescribed period of time, any time any place to register online.

This system mainly with Java, JSP, servlet, mysql for making tools, mainly realize the function of user management, student course selection and course recommendation, reviews, internal data library, teachers introduction and comments, check the classroom information, which basically meets the requirements of online courses may have.
