Abstract: With the vigorous development of community education, it is necessary to achieve an effective connection between residents learning needs and community teaching resources. According to the needs of community education development in Panyu District, Guangzhou City, the article uses the WeChat applet as a development carrier to explore the development and function of the digital community learning map. The digital community learning map is mainly composed of the three systems of the WeChat applet, the management back office, and the official website. Each system module forms a dynamic community teaching resource pool that integrates search and interaction and realizes the effective docking between learning needs and learning resources. Provide community education, “public comment network” for community learners, school-run institutions and management departments.

The social development of our country has entered a new period. Efforts have been made to build a lifelong education system. Vigorously developing community education is an important way to improve the quality and civilization of the entire people. To this end, to promote the development of community education, it is necessary to build suitable learning resources for residents in different times, according to different ages, levels, and interests. With the vigorous development of community education, the residentsrsquo; learning needs have been increasing, and at the same time, they have become more personalized and distributed. The learning resources provided by various types of community colleges and institutions at all levels are numerous and complicated, and the information transparency and pushing ability are not strong. How to achieve the effective connection between learning needs and learning resources has become a common concern for learners, school-running organizations, and management departments. Based on this, based on the specific learning needs and usage habits of residents in Panyu District, Guangzhou, this study designed and developed a digital community learning map with both search and interaction capabilities using the WeChat applet as a development carrier. Community education institutions and the curriculum information of the various learning points, community residents can according to their own interests and hobbies, to achieve accessible course information query. With the help of the positioning function, according to the navigation and push of community learning maps, community residents can find suitable learning locations, study time, and curriculum resources nearby, thereby fully promoting learning exchanges and resource sharing among different levels of community residents.
